I loved the food and drinks here and so did my friends! I shared a sausage roll (wish I had it all now!) and it was honestly the best I have ever had. Superb pastry and lovely tasty sausage. I also had a raspberry smoothie which was fresh and tasted delicious. So refreshing and cold on a warm day! My... More

I had a healthy and delicious lunch of avocado and poached egg on sourdough toast which came with seeds scattered on top. Although the bakery is known for being pricey, I thought this was definitely worth it and it's nice to know you're not feeding a mega chain like Costa all the time! There's a lot of natural light in... More

Went for a coffee today. Had a bacon roll at 4.95 - was in a cheap white burger roll! Not a ciabatta. The latte was in a small cup. Asked to speak to the manager - did not come until I asked again. Supposedly no one else complained. After I went to costa and the same roll (slightly better is... More

I have visited here twice, both times with a small group of friends. It's not table service so where most of the tables situated is the long queue to order and pay, which is very off putting when you are seated and it's hard to hear the other person. The selection of cakes is good but there was only one... More

Visited twice during a Business Stay - once with my Boss; once with my Girlfriend when she came down I ended up eating the same meal on both occasions - those Scotch Eggs though! 😍 The salads are always fresh and creative too... ... We maaaaay have shared a Meringue too 🙊 Now THEY are most definitely worth attacking when... More

I visited at a weekend and the place was very quiet...should have been my first red flag. I ordered some iced lattes and cakes to take away. Massively overpriced for what you get, with very poor quality iced lattes, with one only being 2/3 full, whilst both tasted very watery. The cakes were very dry and hard and not worth... More

Only popped in for three coffees but what a miserable experience - never seen staff so unhappy or so unwelcoming. Shame because it's in a fab position also didn't like the uncovered food on top of the counter with everybody breathing on it

The service was terrible but the food was ok. The short blonde girl that served me was incredibly snooty and rude, despite my being nothing but polite and friendly. It was very unpleasant! My Mother went in on a separate occasion and was also treated very rudely by the same girl who also overcharged her. However, the other members of... More

Just sat in your Cheltenham store. I ordered a double macchiato! Not a difficult drink to make unless you are an untrained barista. Your barista was not trained. When I was served the drink it was a full cup of coffee with poor quality froth and filled to the top with milk. When I returned it to a short haired... More

We have had breakfast here several times & have enjoyed the food. Its the hot drinks that let it down. They have a good range of leaf teas but we have found the tea to be very strong with a bitter taste. They have a good range of what appear to be homemade cakes & pastries. However Im put off...
