With something for everyone you can enjoy well-kept cask ales and local ciders in the bar, dine in the attractive conservatory overlooking the cricket ground and pavilion, or relax in the beer garden. Our menu is made up of sensibly priced, delicious home cooked dishes, and offers plenty of choice from quick lunchtime snacks to full three course meals. We have an excellent reputation for our Sunday lunches and recently received full marks from the Gloucestershire Echo's mystery diner.

Pleased to discover that there is still good food to be had in Shurdington. Friendly lunch service in cosy traditional pub atmosphere with good view across playing fields. Plenty of choice on menu and generous portions.

Arriving at 12:30, 3 pax, no booking, we were accommodated without fuss. Sunday lunch menu was all that was required. 1 x beef, 1 x lamb, 1 x turkey, veg, pots etc and an excellent gravy. Sunday lunch around here is massively competitive, so, if...More
