Myself and my three friends had some dinner at this lovely place just before our show and the staff were super friendly, funny and absolutely outstanding. Getting everyone involved in songs and jokes! We had a little wait for food but it was well worth...it and because of all the entertainment, it took near to no time at all! What a fabulous evening! We were going to the theatre to watch The Full Monty and I remembered from past visits with friends what a great place this was. This visit was with my 85 year old mum, sister and cousin. Mum was looked after...and given special attention so she had the best time. They played music to get everyone ready for the show and smiles abounded. Good choice of food for everyone which was fresh, hot and delicious. Superb food, excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back and we all highly recommend. We booked about 5 weeks in advance for an early evening meal before going to a show in the theatre next door. We allowed 2 hours and this...was perfect for a leisurely 2 courses and drinks. The menu is unpretentious 2 of us shared a pizza, salad and chips one had a main course salad and one had a burger. All the food was hot, generously portioned, full of flavour and perfectly cooked. The chaps serving us were attentive without being too in your face and we all felt very comfortable. If you go to the Mayflower Village you will have an amazing time.More

This was our second visit this year and the reason we came back was we enjoyed our first visit. This 2nd visit wasn't very good. We waited quite a while for our meal and our starters arrived on the table at the same time as...our mains. When we queried this we were told that they serve them at the same time on theatre days as they don't have enough time to serve them seperately to enable diners to leave in time for the performance. However, this was completely untrue as other theatre goers were served their starters first, followed by their mains and there was plenty of time left before the start of the performance. It was obviously a kitchen error, but rather than tell the truth the host opted to lie. We won't be back.More

Really nice food and atmosphere. Visited before a show at the theatre next door. The man in the hat was so funny and all the staff were so friendly, will defo be back!

Visited here before a show at the theatre. Used to go here a lot years ago when it was Encore, so it was nice to see how it looked now. The manager was very pleasant, as were all the staff. The menu had a varied...choice and we felt spoilt for choice. The burgers we had were really tasty and the chips were really good. I think the prices were a little pricey, although believe it was cheaper than other pubs/restaurants by the theatre. We would definitely come back here.More

Myself and my mum came here for dinner and drinks before our show. The team were very accommodating and even with our mix up order ( on our part) they sorted it out straight away with no issues. Every team member was kind and helpful....I truly recommend!More

Simply awful visit with my family . Host so rude and discourteous. We simply enquired about changing a sports channel and were informed that they didnt have BT Sport or the time to do it ,only to see the channel appear later in the afternoon.... He didnt really want us there as we were only drinking and claimed all tables were reserved. I was there with my wife, brother and sister in law along with my 12 year old niece so we were not a noisy crowd. Not friendly to people who are not locals. When I confronted the manager he said he was not bothered about my complaint (and his lies) Stay away much more pleasanter places to eat and drink PaulMore
