Nice unpretentious atmosphere, excellent simple food. We came for the day to Winchester and discovered this place by walking down the street. Will certainly eat again here if we ever come back to Winchester.

Took my grown up kids there at the weekend, having been recommended to go - it is great. Food and service are very good.

If you want a casual place for a bite, this is a great place. You have to walk a flight of stairs to get there, but otherwise it is a quaint and warm cafe style restaurant. Sandwiches are good. Definitely casual dining.

Sought this little place out after reading trip advisor reviews of best places to eat in Winchester. Great breakfast - very tasty and lovely fresh produce.

The service was great... the place is great... but, the pastrami sandwich wasn’t. No mustard, Barely any sauerkraut, the tiny amount of ‘pastrami’ was roast beef and the watercress was rocket. Considering it was so poor it was expensive. The earl grey tea was good....More

We chose this after reading reviews. Went for breakfast and was not disappointed. We ordered the poached eggs and crushed avocado and hot smoked trout. It was busy so we expected a wait and were happily drinking the lovely coffee. As our food came the...More
