This is a very well appointed pub with a wood burning fireplace, ample seating and beer, yes, beer! Go.

Food very well presented and tasted good too. Though a Christmas set menu was still of a high standard. Service good, place was busy so service at the bar not the quickest

Had a great Christmas meal mid December. There were 20 of us, which all followed the set menu, all the food came out on time, all tasted great. All empty plates and no complaints. Would definitely book again

What is the point in spending £27 on a Christmas meal if the staff can't even be bothered to bring drinks to the table?More

We have had the most wonderful meal and there was 12 of us. Christmas set meals can usually be very disappointing because of sheer volume but let me say everything from start to finish was excellent. Food was amazing service friendly with a huge smile...More
