There is usually only one reason why I go to H&H and it's for their famous chicken roll. It's so goooooood! The staff are friendly and welcoming and it's open late to cater for the late night boozers / snackers!

OK, let's be straight; this is a bit of a dive of a takeaway but you know that before you go in; the big surprise is that you will be really glad you did go in and if you want to eat there there are some tables to sit at. The food is inexpensive but really, really delicious and served... More

Really good food very friendly staff was going to have take away but was offered a seat and as I'd had a long journey it was lovely to be spoilt. I had a lamb kofta and it was gorgeous. It's going to be a firm favourite now.

I had a burger here last night on the way home from my 21st birthday party, and it was possibly the best burger I have eaten. I come here often after nights out and the food is always good. Queue is always out the door. The only time I have anything bad to say about it is when I desperately... More

Close to the station but no redeeming features. What you finally come away with (if you can wait a long time) is bettered by lots of other places locally. Slow, expensive and mediocre.

This is a takeaway not a restaurant although there are plenty of bolted down plastic chairs and tables to sit down if you choose. I'm a veteran of kebab shops up and down the country, sometimes (mainly!) post booze up but also occasionally sober. H & H is the best of the lot by a country mile. The lamb shish... More

You only need one reason to go to H & H. That is to order a chicken roll. The best post-pub food ever.

The chicken wrap is actually really nice. Amazingly cool end chicken, perfectly toasted Naan bread with lettuce and mayo. I was really surprised at how delicious it was, I don't usually like any take away places in England. Lovely staff also and really chilled out.

Always get what we want, whether we order or go in. Food is great and plenty of it. They are always really busy and that's great to see. We also love the banter when we are in there. Owners are really great and happy to serve us.
