Overpriced. Expect to pay far too much for a sub standard experience. Chicken wings are good, the rest is average but priced highly. Staff act like you're at a fast food restaurant yet you'll struggle to spend less than £80 for two. Wouldn't recommend.

We visited after friends had raved about it, but we were very disappointed, the place is very small it feels like you’re all sitting on top of one another! As for the food it’s highly over priced, most of the meat was just full of...fatty bits! And as for the service charge that is added to your bill without notice is absolutely disgraceful, it should be at the customer’s discretion if they want to tip or not! Sadly we won’t be returning and won’t be recommending this place to anyone! Also not a good look when the chef leaves the restaurant and then returns with four back of frozen French fries to which they charge £5 a portion!! Not impressed at all! £90 for a dinner for two with only one drink each….shocking!!!More

Saturday visit to this wonderful looking restaurant was greeted by friendly staff and seated at a clean table and menu's were brought out and....... Then trying to grab the attention of staff was hard work, with me having to go to the counter and ask...if we come to them for our choice or them to us, which turned out to be them to us! The food was good, but my partners burger was not very hot, but she continued with it and mine was really nice. The main door was also an issue as it would not fully close and both me and my partner had to either ask people to shut the door (was around 4°C and windy outside) or keep getting up to do so ourselves, even doing so when one of the chefs popped out. Paying was also met with staff totally not making any attempt to look around the restaurant, with me even waving a black napkin around in the air as a plea for attention, with a member of staff finally seeing us as she came out from the kitchen. Being asked how are meals were I said my partners burger was not very hot to which she replied "OH" As we left I made sure the door was closed and we both left with a 'We might visit again' feeling.More

I love BBQ and the Korean Cowgirl did not disappoint. We shared a dirty cowgirl which was definitely enough for two and the brisket was absolutely delicious, some of the best I've tasted! Everything was fresh and flavoursome and the staff were nice and friendly.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The food looked delicious and came out quickly. However.. We had to ask for cutlery as they didn’t give us any. The table had crumbs all over it and the place was very small. We began to eat...our food, and had to return the ribs as they tasted of pure salt!More

I don’t usually leave reviews, however last night my partner and I wanted to go out for some gruband I feel this deserves some praise. We went to the Korean Cowgirl at Cave around a year ago and we’re not massively impressed, however the food...was quite nice there so we decided to try the Canterbury branch. When we arrived we were greeted, seated, and given the menu. We then placed our order for a “Dirty Cowgirl” platter to share and two cocktails. The food & drinks arrived promptly and we dug in. First of all, the pulled pork is incredible, I’m the kind of guy to order pulled pork whenever it’s on a menu, so it’s fair to say I’ve had a lot of pulled pork in my time. This however, has to be some of the best I’ve had, and when I come back again, I will be ordering a plate just for myself. The ribs, were also very nice, clearly great quality meat and a really good portion for 2 people. The brisket was undeniably the star of the show. I know little to none about smoked meats, but something about the tenderness of the meat was jaw dropping. Really incredible stuff. The cocktails were expertly presented and tasted amazing, I think we had the pornstar martini first and the strawberry (?) daiquiri after we’d finished the food. Would definitely recommend trying! Service was impeccable, from the moment we walked through to door to the moment we left, we were looked after incredibly well. Shay and Meg made the experience really enjoyable. These guys are doing some really great stuff, and are undoubtedly well worth the trip. We will be back very soon!More
