Canterbury has been my shopping town for thirty years. For most of this time, after a traipse round the shops, we would think of tea and decide we could do better at home. Then came Tiny Tim's. This is a Proper Tearoom: historic building on several floors; fine teas; first-rate baked goods ( I am especially fond of a Plump... More

This place was excellent. Freshly baked and delicious. Extremely friendly staff. Make sure you go to the third floor to the washrooms, it reveals the history of this building.

For those of you who are interested in the fine dining of this place, my review is not for you. Rather I will be talking about their homemade cakes. But let's not get ahead of ourselves. The atmosphere of this tearoom is lovely it's quite small inside with tables somewhat jammed together but there is plenty of breathable space around... More

My husband and my son decided we would like a nice cup of coffee and cake at Tiny Tims , the shop has a lovely ambience to it , but the prices are so high . I understand the rent and rates in Canterbury is expensive, and you have to cover your outgoings , but to charged £4.50 for a... More

If you like tea or a more classic little place that's a place to stop at. My cousin had tea he liked it but the people beside us would get very fancy tea sets with different little meals. Look really good. The place is a little small but very well in theme.

We asked for 2 extra cups with our 4 cream teas so that our children could have a tiny bit of our tea. The waitress said yes and went away and didn't bring them. I asked again and she said yes. Then on paying she said they have a policy that they don't allow drinks sharing and won't give us... More

Came in for a tea and scone as they looked delicious in the window. We tried 3 different types. I will bring my friends next time I visit. Lovely relaxed atmosphere.

This charming and unique tea room is a must for anyone visiting Canterbury. The staff were friendly and helpful and the range of homemade scones, cakes and biscuits was to die for! Our group sampled a range of cream tea, homemade cake and savoury brunch items and were thoroughly impressed with every morsel.
