We were staying in Canterbury overnight and wanted a nice meal and chose Pinnocchios. We looked at the reviews on trip adviser first and we could not fault the restaurant at all. The food was just beautiful and the wine and the ambience. It was very busy which is a good sign, the waiters were on top form. Very pleasant... More

Our table was in the conservatory at the back of the premises and was bright and well laid out - the garlic bread was good and we only had a main meal – my wife had the risotto and I had the bolognaise both very tasty and fresh – my favourite was the Limoncello after my expresso – overall a... I went to Pinocchio's last weekend after being told to go on recommendation. I was NOT disappointed. If you want authentic Italian food then this is the place for you. I eat gluten free and they had homemade gluten free pasta and pizza bases which pleased me immediately as I was then spoilt for choice with what I could have.... More

We were recommended to eat here by a family member and so glad we did! This is a gem of a restaurant in Canterbury's City Centre and the food is AMAZING! It's no wonder they called to reconfirm our booking - the restaurant gets very busy on a Saturday night and hence the tables are quite close together to get... More

It looks more like a cafe than a restaurant. The chalk board has very messy writing on it. The menu is fairly decent we ordered our meal and some bread and oil. The bread and oil came out followed straight away by starters which left little room on the table. The mains were nice with good sized portions. We decided... More

A very friendly family run restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The range of food was very good with something for everybody. The choice of Italian wines was very good. Efficient service. Would highly recommend and go back again next time I am in Canterbury.

A small and hidden away restaurant in Canterbury. It's a small restaurant but friendly and a friendly atmosphere. Food very fresh and place must have a good reputation and it was pretty much fully booked. Looking forward to my next visit

This was a really nice, friendly Italian. The menu was good. We both had pizza and the base was amongst the tastiest I have ever had. The toppings were good. It is a relatively small restaurant but with a nice ambience. Offers a discount to cathedral lodge guests but offers value for money without this. The staff are friendly and... More

Been here many times but first review. Took family along on Saturday and as ever food and service excellent. Best Italian in Canterbury by a mile. They didn't let me down having talked it up to my family.
