My husband and I had a vegetarian breakfast here on a day out in Canterbury; Saffron Cafe staff were friendly and welcoming and it had the feel of a family- run place. We enjoyed our veggie breakfast!

Only a quick visit here but staff were helpful and friendly, and outdoor seating in small walled garden shaded by old grape vines was very pleasant on a warm day.

Went to the saffron cafe for the first time ever today, the breakfast was absolutely amazing and reasonably priced too, the coffee was one of the best I’ve ever had. Will definitely be returning!

From the outside the Saffron didn't seem all that appealing. But because there was a varied competitively priced menu with both eat in and takeaway prices, we decided to go in. The inside area appears clean and we got a nice welcome. We then saw...More
