Visited for dinner on the recommendation of the Airbnb host we were staying with. The garden is lovely and the tables are appropriately distanced to almost feel like private dining. The staff were all really friendly and the food was excellent.

I would highly recommend The Parrot, the food and service were top notch and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The outdoor courtyard and historical aspect added to the enjoyment.

Enjoyable Sunday lunch. Roast potatoes were fluffy, and the gammon was the highlight. My partner also enjoyed the vegan option. Very quick service too.

Went there for drinks on a Saturday afternoon. Staff were really friendly and attentive, observing all the COVID safe rules. Food was delicious, drinks were great and the staff ensured our glasses were never empty for long. Will be back soon.

A really good meal isn’t just about the food. The whole experience here was great, from the friendly reception and service given by the Manager and Deputy Manager to the lovely surroundings of this old pub. Oh, the food was superb as well, so compliments...More
