Really nice, well maintained and clean pub. They have a lovely court yard garden. The staff are very friendly. The chicken wings and loaded fries were great, would definitely recommend a visit. Also really good music playlist.

Great Shepherd and Neame pub with friendly staff, great food and lovely beer. Highly recommend the burgers. The pub does have a beer garden, we didn't use due to it raining. Atmosphere was very chilled out and comfortable. The was very clean. Will definitely return...next time we are in Canterbury.More

Day shopping visit to Canterbury. We wanted a spot of lunch just away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. Came across the Bishops finger near the Westgate tower. The atmosphere was great, Elle was extremely helpful and friendly. Went for the burgers as...looked a little different to the normal every day . We was not disappointed, They were lovely and would definitely recommend. Complements to the chief Neil. Will be back soon, with some friends.More

We held my husbands 60th birthday surprise in the Bishops Finger on Saturday 16th April 2022. The buffet food was excellent, the staff were so helpful and really worked hard to make sure everything was done to make the party a success. If anyone has...a function coming up I highly recommend that you hold it in the Bishops Finger, they will meet with you and go through your needs, nothing is too much trouble, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.More

Been here 3 times for lunch on a saturday and sunday. The food is absolutley fanatastic, and the prices are incredible! you wont find a better burger for a cheaper price anywhere in Canterbury! The staff are very friendly and the service is incredibly swift!...The pub itself is very cosy and there is plenty of seating near the bar. I would absolutley recommend stopping by for a Cheesy Melt burger for lunch!More
