What can I say ? Just what you would expect nice tea and selection of cakes as you would expect from marks. Reasonable price and very popular
first time visit clean and pleasant atmosphere, little bit dear but quality food doesn't hurt to treat yourself now and again
Very poor service. Half decent food, but there are definitely better places to spend your money in Canterbury. Staff always make you feel like you're a nuisance or interrupting their social lives.
So delighted to be able to purchase more than a coffee and chocolate bar. Lovely,fresh gluten free sandwich - top marks for this alone.
Called in for a light lunch with family. Great choice and tasty food. Sandwiches are really filling, soups scrummy and the cake selection too tempting.

Staff serving were not aware of what was available and suggested buying food in the food hall and bring it through to eat in the cafe. Tables not being cleared and a long queue.
