Booked afternoon tea for mine and brothers birthdays. The setting was über relaxing, the food was scrumptious and the man servicing us was went the extra mile to make us comfortable!!!

The Champagne Afternoon Tea was lovely. Beautiful selection and brilliant service. The outside area felt so secluded and lovely scenery with the plants and trees. Definitely recommend!!! X

If you walk from the train station end towards Luton arches, it is after KFC on the right hand side. There is a signpost as you near it. Good luck.
