Having sailed to Ramsgate in June had a fantastic meal there with our crew. On return home told my wife of fantastic meal. Returned with wife in July and spent both nights having fantastic meals at this restaurant, The food was great, the service was...great and yet all provided at excellent value for money. We visited the Thai Orchidagain last night. We discovered this restaurant over eight years ago when we moved to Thanet. Tim ran it then and the food was always great. Just over three years ago, Michael took it over and upgraded the furniture. He introduced...take aways when the lockdown occured to keep the business going. One common factor throughout all of this has been the Chef, Nok. How she prepares such superb dishes is amazing. Well done and thank you to Michael, Nok and all the team.More

Food was superb. Massaman curry was the finest dish I’ve eaten this year. Great views over the harbour. Wife, daughter and I would strongly recommend.

Staying in Ramsgate for the bank holiday weekend and as my husband and I were walking past, decided to go in for a meal. We were asked to return in 15 minutes as it was quite busy, which was no problem for us to do....So glad we returned. It is the first time we’ve been to a Thai restaurant. It was absolutely amazing. The food was so fresh, light and fragrant. We shared chicken satay to start. My husband had chicken pad Thai and I had a green chicken curry with coconut rice. I tried my husband meal to taste and it was just as delicious as my curry. The waiter was helpful and knowledgeable with the menu. He was extremely pleasant. Every table was filled inside and outside the restaurant. The waiter had to continually turn walking customers away and numerous people phoning for a table. Booking in advance is advised. If we lived here the this restaurant would become a regular haunt for us. Definitely highly recommended to dine here.More

Fantastic Thai food, so tasty, great service and price highly recommend and can’t wait to go again. Came here many years ago when the previous owner was there but have to say the food has improved so much more now.

Our meal tonight was mouth watering and very well presented. The staff were very accommodating. I hadn’t been to this restaurant before but said that I would definitely be back.
