The Bull is an attractive traditional pub in Tunbridge Wells, not far from the historic Pantiles district and the Nevill cricket ground. Inside, you can relax in comfort in front of a roaring fire. Outside, you can enjoy the sun in our beautiful, plant-filled courtyard areas at both the front and the back of the pub. Our food is very popular and we have just won the Shepherd Neame best pub food 2017 so you can guarantee that whatever the occasion you won't leave disappointed. There's private parking available onsite (currently out of action until August 2017 due to external renovations), and you can hire us for private functions such as wakes, meetings and parties. Excellent friendly pub with food

Really nice and friendly pub. Lovely menu food cooked fresh and hot . My friends were raving about their burgers. Good selection of drinks and the manager Nathan was friendly polite and attentive. A very unassuming pub which was a great surprise and we would...definitely go back . They have parking also.More

lunch time visit with Mum

Food and service excellent. Easy to park, would definitely recommend. Menu choice was great with a good choice of light and more substantial meals.

Friendly service and tasty food

Stopped here after travelling back from a day trip to the coast. Glad we chose here to stop. The lady behind the bar was very friendly and welcoming. They had a nice variety of food on the menu. The food was tasty and a good...price. We would definitely stop here again.More

10/10 service, such amazing food! You won’t regret coming here

My husband and I together have 15 years in the hospitality industry and we rarely find a place we can’t fault, that changed this evening when we came to the Bull. The service, the food, the price was impeccable. We live near and will be...returning, shepherd Neame have knocked it out the park with this oneMore

Poor Sunday Roast

A traditional pub which was buzzing with local families and friends gathered around large tables. We went for Sunday lunch, lunch was above average price which we don’t mind if the food is well prepared and meat good quality. However, the food was awful. The...meat was tough and leathery and the cauliflower cheese was prepared with processed sandwich cheese slices. For a Shepherd Neame pub here was only one ale available so overall not a memorable experience. Don’t bother.More

Great value Sunday lunch

Excellent Sunday lunch, friendly service. A gem in Tunbridge Wells. Ordered a roast, vegetarian tart and kids burger. Generous portions.

Slow service, poor value, no draft bitter or ipa

Very disappointed. Had the pub told me when I booked there was no choice of beers and that service would be maddingly slow (even to get a menu having booked) I would have chosen to go elsewhere. At £6 each the desserts were tiny (my...cheesecake was a slice about 1cm wide and 5cm long and was not served with any cream or ice cream, my friends cake was the thinnest slice possible). The main course was ok but nothing special. Very poor experience. Feel really ripped off.More

Feel like I’ve been ripped off

Ordered 2 roast beef meals to be delivered. £15 each,We both received,half a carrot each,a teaspoon of cauliflower cheese…only 3 roast potatoes and 2 burnt Yorkshire puddings Incredibly disappointed

Amazing

We went here today as a family of 11 and the food was amazing, compliments to the chef, the staff were polite and friendly. They had baby facilities and they made sure the children were fed first. Would definitely recommend and go again!! 😊

Lovely food.

Visited the Bull yesterday with my partner , we both had the chicken roast , it's was lovely . The lady who served us was very welcoming and attentive . Will definitely go back again .

Awesome. Burger was amazing.

Amazing! A lovely staff team and gorgeous food, I highly recommend the burger. A very talented chef creates his own burgers and they are amazing. Highly recommend!

AMAZING PUB!!!

BEST PUB IN KENT! Food is amazing, served to perfection and really good prices! Drinks are always perfect and have a massive selection. If your looking for a nice meal or a a place to meet your mates, this is the place! If you are...going to get any burger get the PULLED PORK one! They even do vegan operations! The vegan salted caramel cheesecake is SOOOOO NICE!!! 100000% recommend!!!More

Fantastic food

We asked Zoltan to get us some steak for our Anniversary supper. He cooked 2 rib eyes to perfection with sauce bernaise and peppercorn. Great service too from Lauren. A perfect evening.
