Having had a tranquil boat cruise on Windermere, stopped off here for a snack of teacakes which had a lovely cinnamon flavour and a hot drink, just watching the world go sailing by. A lovely warm welcome and we'll decorated for Christmas.Very helpful and cheerful staff.

I ordered full English and got just that. With toast. Well cooked and served. Not busy but that’s the time of year. Coffee ok but machine coffee not as good as freshly filtered. Nicely surprised by the quality.
