Lovely lovely location, ideally situated on Coniston Lake so spectacular views. The cafe it’s self is large, clean and excellent range of food on the menu (I had lemon drizzle cake which was so yummy). There is the launch that will take you around the...More

After tackling Old Man Of Coniston we arrived at Bluebird Cafe, tired, thirsty and hungry. We were greeted by a friendly waitress who looked after us very well. We had sandwiches, flapjack and tea which was served in just a few minutes. Great location right...More

Only went for a coffee which was pretty but crap. Stunning views and loads of ducks and swans. Will visit again but won’t be spending £6 on 2 coffees that was basically hot milk. Sorry.

Fantastic location / view so you don’t mind paying a little extra. We only had two (very small) Americanos for around £5.50. Best buy was the bag of 70p duck food! Lovely 10 minutes spent feeding the very appreciative ducks. Would visit again definitely

what i did not like was the fact that dogs were running free inside the cafe and i found this off putting and not as if the owners seemed bothered

We witnessed Daanniisedg awful treatment with her baby in the cafe when the staff evicted her, they obviously are not parents themselves, we won't be back there with our family, we'd hate to upset them and be evicted ourselves!
