Stopped by for a last minute lunch & it was definitely worth it. Brilliant range of gluten free food alongside their other options. Was so nice to be able to have something other than a jacket potato when eating out! The waiter even made sure he provided GF hot chocolate as I'd forgotten to say when ordering. They...clearly take those of us that need to avoid gluten for health reasons very seriously, it was very reassuring, and really took a lot of the worry out of eating out. Currently sat eating a piece of their delicious Bakewell tart I took home with me! Can't recommend more highly!More

Came for lunch while roaming in Grasmere during lake district holiday. very tasty soups and satisfying toasties and milkshakes! dog friendly. very nice would go again, very friendly staff

Excellent in every way! We sat outside on a beautiful day, well situated for watching ‘life’ passing by! It was busy but staff were very attentive and we didn’t have to wait long for our food, which was delicious. I had the Herdwick lamb curry...with warm flatbread, raita, mango chutney and salad followed by scone with raspberry jam and clotted cream. The curry was the best I have eaten, the lamb so tender, and the scone fresh and light, with intense raspberry conserve. My husband had soup and a sandwich both of which he thoroughly enjoyed, followed by a substantial portion of Bakewell tart and custard, his favourite! We will certainly remember to eat there again when we next visit Grasmere! We fully recommend it.More

We have been to greens many times and always come away with a big smile on faces and a very content belly! The food is fresh and caters for literally every dietary requirement. The staff are delightful and tbh it’s our favourite cafe in the...lakes. Thank you it’s an absolute must.More

We had lunch at Greens as a family with 2 children and a dog. The staff were so helpful with regards to our daughter's allergies, they were able to adapt the menu and advise which options were dairy egg and soy free. The food was...lovely and there is an extensive drinks menu too! We will definitely return on our next visit to Grasmere.More

Brilliant food and service was attentive and quick. We had toasted sandwiches and soup which were substantial, hot and very tasty. The halloumi and falafel wrap was great too. Good value with indoor and outdoor seating.
