What a find. Sourdough sausage and black pudding with hot drink offer. Stunning simple food and great coffee. Would recommend !

Fantastic service and one of the best breakfasts we have had in a long time. We visited on a Sunday morning and it was busy but the staff did a great job of making you feel very welcome. Would highly recommend

Super friendly staff, great coffee and dog friendly too! Dog treats/ water bowl available, cold beers too for a hot day! We went in and the staff were attentive and made sure Mylo (our nervous dog) felt at ease, which we really appreciated.

Let me start with the good things. Service? Really good. Good with ordering and a waiter who likes his job and wants to please the customer. Food? We had a chicken burger which was nice and I had a Spanish egg which was a small...dish but ok. Coffee? If you look for a good cappuccino or espresso then don’t stop here. Extremely bitter! Only with lots of sugar you can drink it. We sat at table one at the window and the table was very sticky. Probably many people would not care about these last two remarks but the last one should be easy to solve and improving your coffee could win you customers.More

I have only good things to say about this amazing place! The staff were so friendly, very welcoming and we were seated quickly The menu is fantastic, I’m definitely going to have to go back as there were loads more things I wanted to try...Three of us had a toastie, the pulled pork hash and a kid’s pancakes, cold drinks and a milkshake and everything was delicious, was served with a smile and there wasn’t a long wait time despite being a steady flow of customers The cafe was clean and tidy, everything we needed was on the table The best thing though was the vibe in the cafe, all the staff seemed happy, good background music and just generally a very friendly place to be Highly recommend and will be backMore

What an amazing find! In Kendal for a weekend and had both breakfasts here. Food is great, highly recommend the pancakes, eggs Benedict and mini breakfast. Location is really good, on the main high street. The staff and service - perfect. Best bit - dog...friendly, who get lots of fuss made of them. Breakfast next time we’re in Kendal. Decision made!!More
