i visited Munchy’s this morning as my b&b weren’t serving breakfast, it was raining and i was hungry and thank god i stumbled upon Munchy’s! i don’t understand the bad reviews on staff as they were lovely and welcoming to me and my group, INCREDIBLY fast service and prices you can’t argue with. i had fried egg on toast, normally i’m not a big morning eater but i couldn’t help polish my whole plate off. out of the 3 others i was with, all of our plates were emptied and our bellies full. THANK YOU MUNCHY’S!

Came here on a few occasions from Scotland and it’s always a pleasant experience, it’s your old traditional breakfast cafe, food is well cooked and presented well. The older gentleman who is seen working is soul off is brilliant, he’s got a great sense of humour and is openly spoken, someone who doesn’t feel the need to sugar coat everything he says for the snowflakes. Will definitely keep returning.

Great place for food loved it so much went both days over our weekend break. Breakfasts were really tasty and great value. Excellent hygiene and cleanliness tables and chairs were wiped down with antibacterial solution after every customer.

My wife & I went here on saturday 18th September. One of the guys who owns the place was sat outside and told us they were closed for a break (20 mins)
We returned 35 minutes later to be told by a very rude woman that works there that they were closed for cleaning and didn't know how long for.
The day before, the same very rude woman was nastily turning customers away because they couldn't cope but there were empty tables. She needs to learn some customer service and smarten herself up.
The 2 guys that own the place need to get a grip of her.

We are pleased that you decided to visit our Café on Friday 17th September and Saturday 18th September to try and get a table, after you were refused entry at a nearby café because of your bad attitude towards their staff!
Unfortunately for you, we were extremely busy that weekend, and even though we told you we were closed for 20 mins whilst we were on a well earned break you decided to return within 10 mins and gave our waitress verbal abuse because you could not get a table in café.
We were surprised that you marked us down with such a negative review when in actual fact you didn't even eat in our café as you couldn't get a table!!! And if I remember rightly nobody else complained that day and they enjoyed eating at our café.
We pride ourselves with good quality service and we would rather close the café for 20 mins so we can restock and clean tables etc so our customers can enjoy the experience of eating in our café.
You mention there were empty tables in our café? Well yes there would be if we are closed!
We have never turned customers away unless they are rude or abusive to our staff which obliviously you were! And as for the remark that we couldn't cope.....can we just say that we have had the café for 8 years and have always provided excellent service for all our customers.
We have had 106 excellent reviews which proves that customers enjoy eating in our café.

We always go to Munchys for the best value breakfast and friendly service. Adam, Steve and staff are always welcoming and the food is delicious. The breakfast menu offers something for everyone, whatever your appetite. See you again soon.

Very nice food but it felt like I was in an episode of fawlty towers with the lady that works there. A couple with a Oran were turned away from the cafe with four people in despite being in there the night before. Better customer service would not go amiss as well as a smile now and again. Ten out of ten for the food tho.

Thank you for your review we are so pleased you visited our café and enjoyed your food with giving us a 10 out of 10.... I think on the day in question you mention that we turned away a couple with a Oran we have no idea what a Oran is? We never turn customers away and if we are full normally customers wait for a table or come back when we are less busy.
We are a very popular café , and pride ourselves with good customer service but we can't be smiling 24/7. Also we do not open in the evenings as you mention the couple in question visited the night before?

Fantastic little cafe. Food is amazing and so cozy and friendly inside. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for you. Perfect location and a little seating area outside. Waitress was so lovely and the kids loved her. We left very happy and very full. Would 100% recommend to all.

WE REVISITED AND HAD A SUNDAY ROAST OMG BELIEVE ME ONE OF THE BEST COOKED ROAST I HAVE EVER EATEN JUST LIKE MY MUM NAN USED TO COOK THE BEEF MELTED IN MY MOUTH NO CHEWING DEFO WILL BE BACK WHEN DOWN IN NOV STAFF WAS ALSO 5 STAR POLITE AND FRIENDLY TOP

This cafe is a fantastic little place. The staff are really welcoming and friendly with smiles on their faces
The breakfast was brilliant
Nothing was to much trouble for them

What A Lovely Clean Cafe
The Breakfast was Fab my Wife Had The Smaller one but it was one of the best we have ever had and we have had a few lol i would 100 % Recommend this Cafe to anyone who is visiting Blackpool and when we return in oct for the Illumination's it will be our first stop in the morning defo 5 star
The Staff was polite aswell
