Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Place was spotless, excellent range of pizza and plenty of fresh salad available. The staff were really helpful and welcoming - will definitely go again on our next trip to the Pleasure Beach!

Stopped for some lunch when at the pleasure beach and was great. Cost just over £30 for 2 adults and 2 kids. All you can drink soft drinks was a bonus. Fresh salads which were always topped up and cleaned when any spillages. Pizza was...nice, almost fried at the base, but we enjoyed it. Only criticism, would be the macaroni was bland, and although 23 degrees outside, the draft through the door left us frozen. We would definitely come back though.More

Family of 13, different age groups and tastes visited yesterday and had a fantastic experience. Our daughter is gluten intolerant and was absolutely delighted to have a choice of pizza, freshly made, along with gluten free garlic bread. Our waiter "pedro" was wonderful and made...her feel so welcome.More

We visited for a quick bite with our 2 year old son as we were at pleasure beach but wish we went elsewhere first as was a total waste of £30. Staff clueless and uninterested. The food was absolutely vile especially the pasta and I’m...not exaggerating! My son loves cheese pizza and actually spat it out. Do not recommend.More

Visited at lunch time and were sat down and told they would be back with plates and cutlery. We sat for over 10/15 minutes and watched and the waitress went on to served and greet more people from the door whilst leaving us sitting. Very...poor customer service won’t visit again. We ended up walking out.More

Visited this place today as a family and we all love pizza and pasta. There was carbonara pasta and a pasta in tomato sauce. The only time I have ever experienced anything like the carbonara was when I recently papered the living room and got...wallpaper paste in my gob. Nah that’s a big harsh on wallpaper paste to be honest. The pasta in tomato sauce was like it had been cooked by a nutty 5 yr okd throwing in anything the could get their hands on like tomato, socks, anything from the floor. The pizza So greasy I thought of lizzy dripping and how a tub of lard would have tasted better. It cost 40 quid including drinks. This place should be on either Ramsey’s kitchen nightmares or probably my nightmares from now on. You have been warned,if you want to spend your time in lovely, fun Blackpool and not in the toilet then do not visit this placeMore

We visited Blackpool pleasure beach on 30th May, my daughter and I are both coeliacs so we were very excited to find somewhere we could enjoy “normal” food. We weren’t disappointed. My only negative was the long wait for the order, but as ours was...being cooked fresh I was expecting it.More

There are no vegan options. Staff did not understand what being vegan means and seemed to think that I was gluten-free despite explaining that I cannot eat meat, milk or eggs. I ended up paying £12 for lemonade in a paper cup and a dry...pizza base with a handful of vegetables thrown on top. Avoid if you have any dietary requirements. Staff didn't seem to know or be able to find out what ingredients were in the pizzas, so definitely avoid if you have any kind of allergy.More

Visited for my husbands birthday and ordered 2 pizzas at 13.35 and by 13.45 staff claimed there was no evidence of my order even though the lad claiming there was no evidence is the one that took our ticket number. The people infront of us...recieved their order wich was number "29" then the next order was "31" entirely skipping 30. When challanged the staff then claimed they'd given the order to someone else, after claiming there was no number '30' After back and forth for a few mins we then asked for a refund as we hadnt recieved the pizzas and by now my little girl was really hungry and needed to feed her elsewhere... Even then they asked for our 'receipt' wich they had claimed they'd lost to then 5 mins later say it didn't exist... Luckily my husband had proof of the transaction on mobile banking and they finally issued a refund! The staff also walked off mid conversation as my husband was talking. Very rude!!!More

Came to the pleasure beach today and stopped at the pizza kitchen for some lunch. Was greeted by a very polite man who seated us at the table. Our order was then taken by an older waitress who was by far the rudest person who...has ever served us at any restaurant. She shoved the “menu” in our face, written on a small notepad, and waited about 10 seconds before saying “have you decided yet?” very abruptly. We ordered a ham and pineapple pizza to share, and 2 Pepsi’s. She then brought over our bill (before we’d even received our food or drink) which we thought was strange, shoved the card machine in our face, and spoke to us with absolutely no manners at all. She didn’t explain why we had to pay before we ate, actually she didn’t say anything apart from the price of our order. (Which was an extremely over priced, £15!). The same waitress returned to our table with our drinks, slammed them on the table, and left without a word. We eventually received our food. The same rude waitress practically threw our pizza on the table and walked away again without saying anything! We’ve been to many restaurants and never been treated with such a horrible attitude. Atleast an “enjoy your meal” while serving the food?!? Anyway, it just gets worse. The pizza was a monstrosity. The grease was practically dripping off it. The base was raw in the middle, but crispy on the outside, as if it had been fried. Probably due to the fact it was swimming in oil. At this point, there wasn’t a waiter/waitress in sight for us to complain. I’m not surprised you have to pay before receiving your food, if we hadn’t of already spent £15, we would have walked out. The whole experience put a huge downer on the day. It’s a shame because all the other staff at the pleasure beach were lovely. I’d maybe look at some staff training in all areas of the restaurant. You can’t charge expensive prices and provide an awful service, with even worse food.More

The most awful gluten free pizza we’ve ever bought...the cheese just slid off, the base was minging, but the most annoying thing is they advertise gluten free pizza but then cut it with the same cutter they cut the rest with! I know they can’t...guarantee cross contamination but at least make an effort! My daughter spent all afternoon/night back at the hotel being sick after this, ruined the full day and night for her and us as a family! If I could give it 0 stars I would, don’t go even if you’re not gluten free it’s really not nice at all! Ps this is the first review I’ve left on TripAdvisor but I’m so angry I couldn’t not! 😡More

So we by accident ended up completely over ordering our food thinking we were ordering per slice and not per pizza (as it was so cheap) and Wayne and Chloe sorted it out for us and arranged a refund which we didn’t expect as it...was our fault!!! Food was good and service was great! Very helpful staff during tricky times with social distancing etc!!More
