We ordered food from here via JustEat. It took a very long time to arrive, well over an hour and 20 mins. We have a vegetarian in our party and they had ordered a veg korma. When the order finally arrived it contained a chicken...korma. I rang the shop. There was no apology. A very rude woman said a replacement would be with us in 20 mins. It wasn't. 45 mins late I rang back to ask where it was and to explain that we had to go out. We had theatre tickets so couldn't be later. Again no apology. She said it must be traffic. I asked what she suggested I do and she said 'Go out.' I was not happy. There was no apology offered. The woman was incredibly rude. Nothing was suggested to remedy the situation. We ended up paying for food that could not be eaten. Avoid. Avoid.More

We Ordered a takeaway Saturday night for the first time and the next day we had severe stomach cramps and diarrhoea And a severe headache do not try this place as it is a disgrace and dirty

Food was lovely and collected on time Very testy Chiken tikka missals. Order was completely spot on. Highly recommended

The worst Indian take away we have ever had. My wife placed the order and made a slight alteration to her main course as she usually does, she wanted to add Haloumi cheese and I could hear the guy on the other end of the...phone getting confused, I said to her "that'll be a messed up order", I ordered Prawn Puri as a main course plus the usual sides and rice. The order arrived after an hour and the prawn puri was leaking all over the other food and was greasy as heck....not a good start. My wife opened her container and they had added cheddar cheese! what a bunch of idiots! My prawns were what I can only describe as "gritty" it felt like there was sand (or worse) in the prawns. And to top it off neither of the dishes tasted particularly nice, very bland and greasy. We will not be ordering from here again. I have given a 1 start because you have to put something, at best this is a minus 3 start.More

I ordered a takeaway to collect through Just Eat. The food was ready just after I turned up, I was a bit early. I placed quite a large order so there were multiple curries. I got to try them all and they were all good....The breads and the rice were good too. The starters were a bit average. The mix grill with the fried onions did work well. However, if you have been spoilt with handmade samosas, the little processed ones are a bit disappointing. The tasted fine though. I would use this again, particularly with the 20% discount on the larger order.More

Just had a delivery from this restaurant - terrible. I ordered for 18:30 and it arrived at 19:25, I had just picked up my phone to call the restaurant to cancel when the delivery arrived. The food is terrible - bland and tasteless! No salt,...no spice! Unfortunately the food has now gone in the bin. Come on Flavours of India, where's the authentic taste and half decent customer service? Never again - a total waste of money.More

We've had many curries from here but tonight's will certainly be the last one. Ordered a curry which gave me an option for collection in 20 mins but then sent me an email saying 50mins. So I rang to ask what time and the lady...confirmed the original order time. Husband went to collect and then had to wait 40mins, the lady in the shop was so rude saying she told me on the phone it would be that late!!!! On leaving the lady said I've given you free poppodoms- we got home and there wasn't any!! I then called and spoke to the same lady who was so rude saying she told me I was lying about collection times. After agreeing the poppodoms to be delivered straight away with some refund. Then the man calls me back and asked me what the problem is, we've got the rest of our order so it's not a big deal. He was so rude. Eventually the poppodoms got delivered 20 mins after the original delivery with a £2 refund!! Absolutely laughable.More

I love Indian and was very disappointed on this food I had 3 different dishes all looked the same and tasted the same It wasn't cooked fresh just thrown together as the delivery time was to fast for a Friday evening all dishes were of...red colour and over spices won't be going backMore

After some bad meals a year or two ago decided to try this takeaway again and was pleasantly surprised. Very nice Indian style food, the starter was delicious and my main course was well above average. Both were very tasty and quite spicy (luckily I...like the hotter curries), if you prefer mild curries make sure you ask for your food to be toned down.More

I have been using Flavours now for about a year. The food is always delivered piping hot and the service is generally very good. The menu is varied and the staff are friendly. Good for any Indian food lover!
