The service was excellent, waiting time wasn’t long, the waitress was super friendly I ordered the The Montenegro chicken schnitzel, it was cooked to perfection a and the portion is big enough for two. Lively genuine east European food and friendly welcome. Tried one of the Tatratea liquers, the lowest strength! Lovely flavour and still blew my socks off!
Great range of Central and Eastern European foods. Deserts were also delicious too. Highly recommend.
Nice restaurant, authentic food.. We found this place a welcome change from the awful fast food outlets on nearby Granby St. Good price, friendly service and good food. We will visit again.

Came here for our valentines meal, my partner is Czech and first time for both of us. Service very good, food very nice but both ordered the goulash but found both sauces very watery but was very nice. I ordered the Camembert for the starter...and then my partner ordered the lemon harlenka cake which was lovely too. We both drank pilsner urquell, we both love this and it’s just like being back in Prague. This is on draught. There was a few tables in on that night, very good prices. Lovely meal and thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definately return.More
We ate here after watching the Foxes and found it to be a little gem. Very Friendly and the food was exceptionally good and fairly priced. Would definitely recommend.
We came in unexpectedly after a very long day at work....and it was amazing! Excellent food(the taste is amazing and you could feel everything was home made), the team in the restaurant is lovely and super nice and polite. Really classic eastern european food. Think potatoes, cabbage, pork, dumplings, stews and soups. Everything was cooked really nicely and well flavoured. The restaurant was nicely decorated and the staff were very welcoming.
Loved our visit to this restaurant which we happened upon by chance. Lots to choose from on the menu, authentic Czech and Slovak cuisine. The spicy chicken starter was a winner with us both, I had the goulash, it was excellent and my husband had...the pork schnitzel also a great choice. The service was spot on and a welcome feel to the place. Nice to visit an individual restaurant rather than the same old chain places. Would definitely visit again should we return to Leicester. Popped in last night not sure what I wanted but went for the special of schnitzel plus a beer. Not disappointed- lots of it, fresh & tasty. Welcome was pleasant-it is very Czech! Worth a visit if near the station in Leicester
