Turkish cuisine at its best.

I skipped starters this time as the mains are a really good size for the price, we ordered chicken and lamb kebabs with a side of gourmet chips and salad. Didn’t wait long at all considering how busy of an evening they were having. The food was impeccable as always. I’ve been to Turkey a lot over the years and don’t remember eating food as nice as this when I was there! Id recommend it to anyone who’s been to Turkey, as the food and ambiance of the restaurant really takes you back.

Best Mediterranean food!!

We have just been to Noya having already got takeaway during lockdown, we knew the food was going to be good but it was actually so much better! I had the feta borek to start and then the vegetarian moussaka, the portions are generous and the food is presented nicely too, fresh and hot out the kitchen, I enjoyed every single bite. My partner had the halloumi to start and then the lamb chops which were huge! The restaurant itself was nice and clean, the staff were so welcoming and helpful. I can’t wait to go back :)

18th Birthday meal

Noya is local to me and I eat here frequently. Due to issues with Covid I wanted to hold a small family neal for a special birthday. The staff checked temperatures on arrival, there were hand sanitizing stations and staff wore masks. This reassured me and did not effect the overall experience. Food arrived in a timely fashion and at the same time which for a party of 16 people is great. All said the food was delicious and a few first timers said they would return which says it all. Never dissapointed here. We gave the chef Genghis (think that's how it's spelled) a nice round of applause. Well worth a visit if you haven't been before.

No No Noya!!!

We went to Noya for my mum’s birthday on New Year’s Eve as we had the previous year! We eat at Noya all year around and have never been disappointed with it! We booked the table on 28th November for New Year’s Eve while having a family meal there. I asked if a deposit was required but was told no. On 29th December I received a phone call from a member of staff from Noya asking if we could pay a deposit as the restaurant was getting busy with bookings for that night. I thought this strange but paid a deposit. I arrived a little late for the meal as my mum hadn’t been feeling well. We all ordered what we usually ordered which would cost between £19 and £21 per person. We ordered a child’s meal for my 3 year old granddaughter of chicken pieces and rice (she got 3 pieces of chicken). We brought a birthday cake for the staff to bring out to my mum but before this was brought out my mum took ill with her breathing so I had to leave early with her. The rest of my family stayed to finish their meals. When my husband arrived home I asked him how much the bill was? To my amazement the restaurant had charged £44.50 per head as it was New Years Eve and £11.95 for my granddaughters ‘meal’. We are at Noya last New Year’s Eve and ordered from the usual menu and are charged normal prices ! This was not mentioned at any time during the booking or when they called for a deposit. I have since called the restaurant to query this and was promised a call back from the manager once he had spoken to the owner. I did not receive a call so went into the restaurant only to be told the menu had been put on Facebook on 1st December, I do not use Facebook! I have found the Menu on line and the New Years menu is £29.95 for 3 courses yet we were charged £44.50. I have also discovered from Facebook through my friends that the restaurant was asking for deposits as they had cancellations due to people seeing the set menu on Facebook! I had recommended Noya to a lot of friends who have visited on the recommendation. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service received from the manager and will now ask family and friends not to visit the restaurant.

We are glad to hear that you usually come to our restaurant without any disappointments 🙂 we have investigated this particular issue and have discovered that the menu which you have seen online is not for this particular restaurant (it was for Noya in Upton) and we do not have the same offers/prices in both locations. Our staff contacted you on 29th December to confirm your booking for NYE and explained that a deposit was required to secure your booking due to high demand and the menu pricing was explained on that day. I can assure you that all staff are fully trained to relay any changes in our menu and prices before customers visit us. Our festive menu was advertised on all our social media accounts from 25/10/2019 and was advertised inside our restaurant from early December too. We are very sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied on this occasion and would like to try and sort it out. Unfortunately, our management has had to take temporary leave unexpectedly, this what has caused the delay in our reply. Please either call us on 0151 345 1090 or call in for a chat with Hasan to get this resolved. Once again, thank you for your feedback

Before ordering make sure you understand exactly what your paying for,we went for a meal using the eat out to help deal.after eating the meal we asked for our bill ,to our surprise the bill came to us at full price ,this we queried and were told it was right cos we ate from the early bird Menu . I. Found this very sneaky on their part ,they could of explained it to us beforehand ,this ruined what was a really nice meal ,it left a bad taste in my mouth ,not the food .we went to support a local restaurant but won’t be supporting them again

Food superb. Far too quick

We arrived and welcomed with a temp test.. After arrival and receiving the menus, 2 seconds later I was expected to give a food order ( not even had a drink at this point). After a period of consideration and 2 sips of Efes, our order was placed. We opted for humus and mushrooms which arrived within 5 minutes and both dishes were well presented and delicious. Ok, this was welcoming as we were both hungry, however they could have given us a little time. After Finishing and moving the plates to one side, our mains had been presented straight away, as if they had been monitoring our progress. Seriously, no time to digest our starter. Again, food was gorgeous, but a struggle. Once again. After finishing and moving plates to one side, no offer offer the desert menu so opted for the Bill, which was paid and we duly left. All in all. Our experience lasted no more than an hour. Don’t blame COVID, just poor customer service.

Really Good Dining.

First time at Noya and I must say that I shall return. Myself,my wife,daughter and boyfriend all enjoyed the evening,the food was cooked to perfection and the service was second to none. If you would like to enjoy good Turkish food then I would recommend you try here,it has a great selection for everyone and at good prices. Well Done Noya.

We have ordered a few takeaways from here now and the food is always amazing. Last night we ordered chicken kebabs and gourmet chips and as usual the food was gorgeous. The chicken was cooked lovely and is one of the nicest kebabs we have had. The food is packaged well, arrives hot and the service was so friendly and quick. Would recommend this restaurant.

Fantastic food, with friendly and helpful staff

Myself and my sisters went on Saturday evening for a pre birthday meal. We were seated quickly and looked after brilliantly even though the restaurant was busy. The staff are just so friendly and helpful. Peter was really engaging and energetic, and the other members of staff were all really helpful, happy, chatty and attentive. The food was amazing, we had hummus and pitta and king prawns in garlic butter to start, then for the mains we had chicken kebab, mixed kebab, lamb stroganoff, and chicken thighs. Drinks wise the party had a selection of wine, cocktails, spirits and soft drinks. Everything about the evening was lovely. We will definitely be going again. Thanks to Peter and colleagues for making us welcome and great service, food and drinks.

Amazing mousakka

It was by chance that we stopped here for tea (well the Chinese being shut) but I’m so glad we did. The food was amazing. On arrival we had our temperature checked and recorded details for track an trace (thing most places are doing now). When seated we had olives placed at the table whilst reading the menu. We opted for hummus to share then I ordered mousakka (picture included) and the mixed house kebab which was a lot of meat. I would definitely recommend this place and will be visiting again soon.

I’ve been to Noya many times, as a couple, a family group and for a large gathering of friends and family and have always been satisfied with the food and service. Tonight however was a different experience. We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation time to find the restaurant full almost to capacity, only 4 seats available for 12 people. Staff were very busy serving all the other diners, it was extremely noisy and we had to stand waiting for a couple to leave then the staff to find additional chairs for our party. It took 10 minutes for someone to even ask if we would like a drink. Our booking was for 7.30 and we eventually got our starters at 8.45. The mains followed in dribs and drabs, with accompaniments arriving well after the mains in some cases. The kitchen was busy, with takeaways being cooked during the very busy service in the restaurant. We were not asked if we were happy with our meals, no one asked if we would like another drink we had to attract staff attention to ask for drinks, on one occasion after asking for an additional drink on an order the staff member said ‘no you will have to wait, you didn’t order it’. Yes he may have been joking but it was not said in a jovial manner! We were still eating as staff were cleaning the restaurant and getting ready to close, making it very obvious they wanted us to leave with staff clearing away glasses etc asking if we wanted anything else ‘before we close’ not even offering desserts. Not conducive to a pleasant evening out with friends. I can’t help but feel that the restaurant had taken on too many large parties and too many takeaways on the same evening. The food itself was well presented and in my own case delicious. But this evenings experience has certainly put me off going there anytime soon.

Awesome authentic atmosphere

Went tonight and great to see back to normal albeit with trace register and temp check etc. Made to feel more than welcome and every dish had lovely flavours and cooked just right.Both waiter and owner welcoming and with the good weather as close to feeling abroad as we can Get. Not our first visit but definitely not the last!

Delicious, courteous and safe. On entry, we were politely asked to have our temp taken, and use anti-bac. Such a sensible approach... and the food... so good! We had lamb, chicken, prawns and beef in various dishes and they were all cooked beautifully. Would highly recommend.

My Favourite Place!

I’ve been to Noya quite a few times but my most recent visit was yesterday with my mum - it’s the best place ever. Generally, I’m not the biggest fan of kebabs because I find them quite greasy but the adana kebab from Noya is literally the nicest thing I’ve ever tasted! I’ve also had the chicken in cream sauce, prawns in cream sauce, hummus starter, chicken starter etc., it’s fair to say it’s my favourite place and the food is unreal. On top of that the service is always amazing. Can’t wait for my next visit!

The food was amazing my youngest thought so too and he is extra fussy. We loved how you brought the cake out with happy birthday and sparklers singing happy birthday with your staff.
