We went to the Cowshed for the first time. It was exceptional! We had the pulled pork croquettes and chicken strips. The fillet steak was as the best I have had. The chips were amazing. The service was really excellent and the atmosphere was relaxing....Can’t wait to go again!More

First time visiting Liverpool, saw this little place online after reading some great reviews and it did not disappoint. Had the fat cow(I think it was called) such good value for money and it tasted so good too! Staff were lovely and they were kindly...enough to recommend somewhere to drink after we finished eating. Highly recommendMore

Absolutely incredible!! Quite possibly one (or three of!!) the best steaks I’ve ever eaten. We shared “the greedy cow” between the two of us - both had peppercorn sauce, both had chips, and we added a side of the Savoy cabbage and green beans in...chorizo cream. I don’t normally like to order steaks because I don’t like the mushrooms and tomato that stereotypically accompany it - but the way the cowshed serve it without, is incredible. How can a rocket and Parmesan garnish taste so good?!?! Our waitress was lovely and very polite and attentive too. 100% recommend if you’re visiting Liverpool!!More

Visited with my boyfriend for our 2 year anniversary while in Liverpool and it was amazing. Our waiter was extremely friendly and very attentive, thank you. He was also very knowledgeable about the menu and no question was too much. We shared halloumi bites and...pulled pork croquettes for starters then both ordered the fillet one blue and one medium rare, they were both cooked to perfection. Finished the meal with a Nutella brownie and 2 shots on the house to celebrate our anniversary - very special touch. Thank you very much, we will definitely be returning xMore

Enjoyed an excellent meal at this intimate and comfortable restaurant. The staff were very friendly, obliging and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They only serve steaks which were delicious and well cooked just as ordered and reasonably priced. Best to book because the restaurant...is small.More

Nothing about or experience here was bad. We shared the 'Greedy Cow' platter and it was beautifully cooked, the sides were amazing. We enjoyed some cocktails too, and can honestly say that they were some of the best we have tasted. Staff were really friendly...and attentive, the restaurant itself was lovely, can't fault our experience at all.More

Surely this should be a question asked directly to the restaurant and not to reviewers on TripAdvisor. However I have never seen the restaurant do discounts they are so popular why would they need to?

You can park on Berry street it’s pay and display. I think it’s free after 6.30 pm. It’s a couple of minutes to seel street depending where you get a place.
