I would not personally recommend this restaurant. The surroundings are absolutely lovely but the service at our evening meal was terrible despite there not being many customers. Food was overpriced and not quality and small portions. We also had a snack in the lounge of...More

Was really looking forward to eating here, booked way in advance to make sure we got a table. Unfortunately the experience wasn't all that amazing, the food is quite expensive and not that special. The Service is terrible, it's nice not to feel rushed, but...More

Had a really enjoyable meal here whilst staying at the Hard Day's Night Hotel. We were there as part of a package deal, but nevertheless there was sufficient choice for us on the limited set menu. Service was excellent, in very pleasant surroundings. The evening...More

I dined at Blakes for a business meeting with 7 colleagues from a golf tour business. We thought it might be a good idea to try out this restaurant before bringing 40 clients visiting Liverpool in July for The Open Championship at Royal Birkdale. It...More

I went to Liverpool last weekend and booked this restaurant for afternoon tea based on its reviews on TripAdvisor. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. I would definitely go back.

£17.95 per person for unlimited tea/coffee, scones, 4 finger sandwiches (beef/horseradish, cucumber, ham/mustard, salmon) and 3 little cakes (Victoria sponge, chocolate, red velvet) seemed very good value. Overall we were happy with the experience; the service was very friendly from all staff we came into...More

The place is very nice but in this kind of place where you spend a lot of money you deserve a kind waitress and she was not. The prices are too high compared to quality. If u look for others restaurants u do better! Go...More

Dress code? Not really. Both breakfast and dinner had plenty tourists wearing touristy clothes. Weather was cool so we didn't see anyone in shorts. However jeans was easy.

Description
Blakes restaurant is located inside the luxurious 4-star Hard Days Night Hotel in Liverpool. The hotel is famously themed after the fab four, and Blakes is located in the city's 'Beatles Quarter' next to the well known Cavern Club. The light and airy dining room is decorated with colourful Sergeant-Pepper-inspired artworks, and the organic, seasonal menu features classic modern British favourites. We constantly change our menus and always use produce which is locally sourced. These include our selection of cheeses and different flavoured ice creams.
