Got a breakfast, was really salty, so when they asked how it was I said it had been madly over-salted by the chef. All they said was ok. Didn’t offer another one even though I had only ate the tomatoes. Later they took the breakfast...away which had been barely touched and they didn’t say anything, which felt a bit awkward. Charged full whack for everything, not that I wanted anything off, I just wanted a normal breakfast 😭. It wasn’t so much the breakfast that was a problem rather than the staff. Really put me on edge and made me feel uncomfortable. Anywhere else would have replaced the breakfast with a far less salty version. Very strange experience.More

Always come here for my morning coffee and I have to eat out for dinner at least once a week. can never fault this place, highly recommend the salt and pepper chicken burger 10/10

Ordered on deliveroo. £6 for these fries I can see the bottom of the packaging. Really not worth it. I do order all the time so I'm not sure if it's just who was working in the kitchen this morning and if you're very busy...but I wouldn't chance it againMore

We booked this just before Christmas as a treat and were really happy with the service and delicious food. Afternoon tea was a great selection of sandwiches, pastries, scone etc and at a very reasonable price. Far too much to eat in one go so...they provided carry home boxes.More

We went to 52 rose lane as there was a number of vegan option available which was stated on the menu online however once we got there the vegan option were not on the menu. When I asked for the chick-un vegan wrap I was...told this is not vegan and when I advised that is was in the website as vegan chick-un salt and paper wrap and he said this was the case. We then got a vegan burrito as there was no other option available, it come within 5 min obviously been put in the microwave it was awful dry and very bland it was meant to have beans on which was not the case. The man who was serving us was very rude too we will not be returning and the lack of vegan option available despite stating online they have multi vegan options! Definitely won't be returningMore

Wow, I am so impressed by the fantastic service from both the lady and gentleman who served myself and my two friends today. One of my friends is vegan and gluten free and they went out if their way at 52 Rose lane to prepare...her a specific menu which was absolutely amazing. My choice of food was absolutely spot on, I couldn't fault it and we were all really impressed by all of the employees who attended to our every need. Top place, I'd thoroughly recommend.More

Salt and Pepper Breakfast burrito, gorgeous! I was hesitant at first but was reassured by staff that if I liked chorizo and their usual breaky burrito I'd like this. They were wrong, I loved it! Balanced spices, not soggy like some burritos get and of...you're getting fries wrong, you need to leave the industry. Deffo reccomend.More

After walking out of the restaurant over the road, we tried this lovely little gem. Waitress was lively, couldn't have been more attentive. Menu was big enough for choice but not overwhelming. We has goats cheese and beetroot salad, chicken BLT and halumi ciabatta. All...fresh and incredibly tasty. Fantastic coffee to finish. In winter they do an evening small plate pan Asian menu which looks lush... faultlessMore

Four of us went 1/07/2022 for lunch. The food was lovely the staff were both courteous and helpful. We would certainly go back again in the future.
