I've only visited on a Sunday lunch time and have been able to get a table without any problems. My mum opted for the roast dinner with beef and said it was lovely and tasted all homemade; I chose the calamari and it was really tasty. The bar staff and waiter service are really friendly and helpful. We visited again... More

was nice, friendly staff, just a little on the dirty side, once you sit down and see under the seating area on a step up level you can see all the dirt dust and mess, not just a day old :o but other than that its nice

Nice pub on Lark Lane, decided to nip in for some food. The place is nicely decorated. Like most pubs, food is ordered at the bar. The chicken and chorizo skewer was nice. Came with salad, rice and a small flatbread. It was all really tasty. We will be back.

This pub is dog friendly so after our walk in the park we popped in for some lunch! The place is nicely decorated, has a real fire and a beer garden. They started serving food at 1pm. I ordered the breakfast and my fiancé ordered the chicken and chorizo kebab which he says was nice. The staff were pleasant, polite... More

Fantastic seafood here. The prawns and calamari are excellent. Really child friendly as well. Prices are reasonable and the bottles of beer are as chilled as the atmosphere in here. Friendly staff as well. Will be returning asap.

We had some pretty strong drinks in here... customers varied I'd say young professionals vibe going on... it was extremely busy when we went although we were still served relatively quick considering.

We ran across this fantastic little pub after a long day out. We ducked in for a pint and stayed! Wonderful bartenders, drinks and food. Loved the different feel this place had. We will be returning!!

After going for a wander through the park with the pooch,my hubby and I usually head for Milos. A few weeks ago Milos was full so we made our way to the Lodge. I was not sure what to expect as we have only drank in there. The staff are welcoming and clearly dog lovers. The food is lovely and... More

For drinks the Lodge is a good pub. However, for food on my last visit it was really disappointing. I ordered the tuna steak with jacket potato and a side of asparagus. The tuna steak was cooked to within an inch of its life and the potato was not oven cooked and was undercooked and hard. It was reply poor... More
