The railway was very nice and the setting and location make it all the better, the staff where incredibly friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble, great place to eat or just for a quiet drink, highly recommended.

On a City break & googled places to eat near our hotel when this little gem popped up. Gave it a try based on reviews & it didn't disappoint. The food was outstanding. 3 meals & drinks under £30. A good old fashioned British pub!

Yes, it's just round the corner from Moorfield Station where you'll be able to get a train direct to Aintree.
