What a fantastic little pub the Roscoe Head is. Its a PROPER PUB with friendly locals and bar staff that provide a friendly, welcoming and cozy evening that was enjoyed by all four of us on a recent Sunday visit to Liverpool. The Tetley bitter and Timothy Taylor ale went down a treat and i really cant recommend this pub... More

This is an amazing little pub ,3 roomed with each room with its own... More

Wondering around Liverpool, arrived in a safe island where real pub culture is still alive. The selection of beers is for the ones who knows what a beer is. And its many taste and variations are available here. Real beers for real people. It's a sort of heritage in the name of Roscoe. Roscoe Head is the place to have... More

Visited The Roscoe Head due to good beer reviews. Nice atmosphere. Nice locals. Which is nice due to my son will soon be moving to Liverpool to attend university. Would recommend in a heart beat.

This pub was first on our list of must visits as it's only one of 5 that's been in every Good Beer Guide.... Great little local in the Georgian quarter of Liverpool. Great selection of beers. We met Carol the longstanding publican where she described the fight against the Roscoe's future from being demolished..... It's another pub where you meet... More

Stopped here for a beer after a day shopping in the City. Warm welcome as always. The Timothy Taylors Landlord Ale is just fantastic. A great city pub full of tradition and Liverpool friendliness.

This is surely one of the best pubs in the whole of UK. Unspoilt with a range of fine real ales. A must visit for me whenever in the vicinity. Only serves the most basic of foods now, but worth finding for the beer and tradition.
