We had 2 courses here and really enjoyed it. The soup was delicious, scouse really nice (could do with a bigger portion though) and the lasagne is the best I’ve ever had. Lovely gem off the beaten track with a good atmosphere.

Decent selection of ales and lagers and loads of rums to choose from. We also had some food which came out nice and fast. Excellent staff which kept us fed and hydrated on a chilli Monday evening. Great chat as well

We went there on two thursdays around seven pm, but got a table both times. I'd book if it was a larger group though. Sitting downstairs is not as nice as upstairs, especially whern there is music (Thurdays and Saturdays)
