I would not recommend this branch of Costa at all. Dirty tables, chipped cups/saucers, broken glass left on the floor and mediocre drinks. We will not be visiting here again.

Love Costa coffee and chocolate and visit this branch often there are numerous Costa bars in the city this is one of the best, I enjoyed a hot choclate and muffin that day very nice it was
Great service, nice coffee and toast for breakfast. Please is very clean, tidy and welcoming with plenty of seats and tables. Relaxing atmosphere. Staff very friendly and will help you with drinks if you need to take them upstairs

Usually I enjoy costa coffee but this just disappointed me, I have a baby and Costa normally have decent baby changing facilities or at least my local one does, this had no baby changing facilities what so ever and only one toilet for men and...More
It's spacious and you usually get to find a table but don't even think of going to the toilet. Also, it might be a good idea to help customers with their heavy trays with such a long staircase.
