Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Another excellent meal in Bistro Pierre. The Chateauneuf Du Pape is one of the best examples of the wine that we've had anywhere. Great service from Joe and Joao and nice to briefly meet the chef at the end of our meal. We'll be back...again!More

Went for meal with friends, staff were very attentive at all times, we were served by Joe, Ella and Gregory and they couldn’t do enough for us, we told them we were out for a birthday meal and they gave us all a free desert....The meal was excellent all three courses, I would recommend this lovely restaurant to any one. We are going back on 29th April. Thank you Pierre Bistro.More

The food was delicious and the service was fantastic from start to finish. Joe did an amazing job serving me and making sure the experience was perfect. This is the perfect break from the madness on Matthew Street!

We always used to love Bistro Pierre and it's sister restaurant Bistro Franc in Hanover Street. A few years ago they changed hands and a subsequent visit was disappointing. We hadn't been back since but were delighted when we had an early evening Prix Fixe...meal this week. £14.50 for 2 courses or £17.50 for 3. The food was wonderful as was the service. It was also really good value. There is a lovely ambiance with the wooden floors and Georgian windows which look out over the Mathew Street area. Our waiters were clearly interested in the food - it was great to chat to them about the restaurant. The Bistro is up fairly steep steps on the first floor of a small, old warehouse. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back.More

We used this restaurant whilst having a short Liverpool break, The food was very good as was the service. The only down side was the number of small flys . I would however use again.
