The food was ok not to bad, lamb prices on skewer not served with chips that was a side order. Had to ask to order drinks, waited 10 minutes before asking as we thought they were busy. They have live singing and a belly dancer it's okay but cheap entertainment not really a good experience as it makes the environment... More

I ordered double apple shisha was served with already burnt flavour. When asked to check if it's okay, after 15 mins, waiter came and took the shisha and left me bill. There are lot of Lebanese restaurants around won't recommend at all!

There are absolutely no reasons not to and every reason to return. Considering I ate here 3 times last November, that's a year ago, for the manager to remember me, greet me as a friend and ask after my sister whom I brought on one of those occasions, makes you feel special straightaway. For that service to extend right across... More

This is a very pleasant and relaxing restaurant, which is better in the evening for atmosphere and on Saturday nights they have live music and a belly dancer. Moroccan food is excellent and you should try Bastila, a chicken mixture of chicken and Moroccan spices in a puff pastry envelope as well as a traditional Moroccan Tangine which comes to... More

Came in completely on a whim and was blown away by how authentic the atmosphere was. There was live music, a belly dancer and many of the patrons were up dancing! The food was top notch. Large portions, great flavors. Overall an excellent experience! Bilal was very accommodating to my friend's dietary restrictions.

Sidi Maarouf is situated a stones throw away from Marble Arch. It is a beautifully designed Moroccan restaurant with a very authentic interior with billowing silk curtains and dark wood furniture. As you set foot into the restaurant you come under the illusion that you are entering a magnificent tent in the desert. Every evening while dining you will be entertained by our live band and a variety of belly dancers, which is the perfect complement to the delicious food. The menu has a vast selection of starters and main courses to choose from with a variety of mouth watering flavors, followed by the delicious baklawa which is ideal while sipping our famous Moroccan tea! Open 7 days a week from 12 noon to 12pm.

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
