Visited with friends for drinks and were tempted by the menu. A tasty chicken pie duly arrived, served with chips and a decent red wine. Was a pub quiz on that evening also that was accessible and fun. Will pop back again next time am nearby

Lovely warm environment but the Sunday roast beef was below expectations..to be fair though I like it pink and now days the well done beef served everywhere in London due to regulations is a spoiler. This is personal taste will keep to eating beef at home

We had the most amazing day and really enjoyed being in the Albert room which is the private room upstairs. The food was yummy and the final bills were very reasonable. I have to say Anya and Musa REALLY made it for us. They were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond for us.... More

Good venue for a drink or quiz night but avoid the Sunday lunch. The roast was a generous portion but chicken was very dry and the potatoes undercooked. The nut roast was cold on the inside. The chips were greasy and stale-tasting. The gravy had a slightly soapy quality which maybe due to the serving dishes not being rinsed properly.... More

Popped in last night on my own as I recently moved into the area-lovely relaxed atmosphere-great burger and generally a friendly feel to the place-will try the Tuesday quiz night next.

Just returned to US from two months in London and lived near Coopers Arms. It's a great neighborhood pub. Good is excellent, beer choices very good. Staff attentive. Nice place to hang out.

I ordered a "Caesar" salad which consisted of a chunks of lettuce smothered in tonnes of plain mayonnaise, topped with chewy croutons (texture of stale chewing gum) and a couple of chunks of chicken that tasted of curry powder. It was one of the worst lunches I've ever had. I would not eat there again.

For the cost of a roast, this pub did not offer value for money. The roasts (which you have to order from the bar) are priced between £14 and £20 and they are pretty poor. We ordered turkey and if came with a small helping of turkey, no crispy roast potatoes (they were a bit soggy) and some peas and... More

Live locally and a year or so after a poor visit decided to give it another try for Sunday lunch. Roasts arrived cold and without vegetables nor cutlery. Ask for help from staff did not result in much. Vegetables eventually arrived but by then the overcooked dried up roast was almost inedible. Dreadful service. Dreadful food. The owners should do... A friend booked a large table here for dinner and drinks for Bonfire Night and it was great! Originally, we were told that we only had the table for two hours which we were a bit worried about but on the night, after our two hours were up, we were told we could have the table all night (they even... Staying in Chelsea

Neighbourhood Profile
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
