Haven't been for years and I was pleasantly surprised how the old world charm has been maintained. Great attentive service and food

This is one of the best French restaurants in London. Constantly excellent food and wines well priced considering the City location Puddings are sometimes overlooked by the slim, body conscious diners here but are always good too. One can slim by drinking Le calvados du...More

This was a business lunch for four and given that I was working with insurers, Luc's in Leadenhall Market was an obvious choice. 3 of the four opted for the fixed price menu which had a really good selection of dishes including and exception range...More

I will be dining at Luc's, again, this lunchtime. I haven't been since December 21st, and that was Monika's last day, after many years Front of House, with the excellent Mo. Thank goodness Mo is still there, but regulars will miss Monika's service and style....More

The restaurant is in beautiful Leadenhall Market at the top of a flight of steep, narrow stairs. We'd pre-booked and pre-ordered but the food still arrived 40 minutes after it was supposed to. Food was ok but nothing special and the turkey was very dry....More

Had a great lunch with friends. The food and service are always good and while not cheap, it is very good value. One of my favourite places to go in the City.

This restaurant is easy to miss at ground level as there is just a menu and a staircase leading upstairs, but it's worth stopping to check it out. Once upstairs you reach an attractive space which was filled mainly with local workers at lunchtime. Views...More

The food here is good with a wide choice. The steaks are excellent. Service is a bit slow and rushed. We were there at peak lunch hour when it was busy. Very much a business venue.

Description
Hello and welcome dear customer. Being a little bit French we sometimes philosophise (usually over a glass or two of good Burgundy) about what makes us tick. Suffice to say that after many a bottle, we’ve come to the conclusion that philosophy is best left to the professionals, leaving us to focus on the food that our customers enjoy. After nearly 30 years of tickling our guests’ taste buds with our much-loved Gallic flavours, we think we have figured out the secret that keeps people coming back for more: A perfectly formed wine list, a seasonally updated menu that somehow always manages to have everyone’s favourite dishes, and a la mode service from a team who function more like a passionate Mediterranean family than co-workers. So, if London life is getting you down, step through our front door and be transported to a bustling corner of Paris. Ours is a place where you can eat, drink and relax a la Francaise as if you were in your own dining room – just without having to do the dishes yourself!
