Lovely atmosphere, great decoration and really tasty and authentic tapas. Would have been perfect but for a less than happy waitress.

Compact and divine. Lovely welcome, given a choice of seating, plenty of room on the table and between seats. The menu is brilliant lots and lots of choice. We ordered 5 tapas dishes between 2 of us (recommended by a member of the team). The...dishes are a good size so if you have a smaller appetite maybe drop 1 maybe even 2 dishes 😉 Service was quick, the food is delicious, tasty and well presented. The restaurant quietened down by the time we had finished so took our time to finish our drinks and enjoy the atmosphere which was still filled with lots of chatter and laughter, such a lovely mix. A huge thank you to all the staff, who made our first but not last visit such a great night 😊More
Booked a table at the bar and enjoyed an excellent meal. Fabulous food, great atmosphere, and attentive staff. Would highly recommend, whether eating on your own or as a couple.
Our lunch was totally ruined by a group of people with one or more babies. One baby cried and screamed throughout the period they were there. The restaurant staff expressed sympathy and apologies to us and the rest of the other diners, but I can...only assume that their complete reluctance to even speak to the group concerned means that this group were in some way connected to the restaurant or its owners. Needless to say, despite previous happier visits, we will not be going back.More
When you leave the street and step over the threshold you feel like you've been transported to somewhere in Spain - not in a kitsch way, rather it reminds you of places you will have visited in towns and cities around Spain. The food is...delicious and sumptuous: tapas, but a cut above the greasy, bland substitute that is often served up, the dishes here obviously being prepared with care - albondigas, tortilla, ham croquettes, chicken paella all wonderful. And I have to say the staff took very good care of us. I will definitely be returningMore
I've been enjoying this wonderful place for over 30 years and each time I visit, it never fails to please and delight at every level: the food is exquisite, the wine list , a cornucopia of wonderfulness, the service is attentive, professional and always with...a smile and it's almost like being back in SevillaMore
Simply outstanding from start to finish. Haven't been in 20 years and it hasn't changed; in a great way! The chicken livers cooked with sherry is the stand out dish; that was incredible!
6 of us dined here on a Saturday evening. Warm welcome and helpful guidance as to how many dishes to order. Almost all were outstanding, as was the tasty bottled lager. We ate about 15 dishes and only a smidgeon remained. The cost per dish...around the £8-£10, except for starters. First class service throughout.More
I would highly recommend that you book a table. This restaurant is opposite the Young Vic and was absolutely heaving. We had booked and the service was great. The food was really lovely and with a nice carafe of white wine, we’ve just had a...very very pleasant and jovial evening. Thank you!More
Second time Consistent tasty food filled with flavours and filling portions Always busy Great staff A bit noisy but that’s people enjoying the food, the setting and the service
I have been kind with. My score here I attended the opening many years ago it has always been quintessentially Spanish but sadly now the Spanish staff serving & I suspect cooking are no longer around post-Brexit it is still OK but not what it...was & no Spanish guitar! £57 for two last visit needs a dose of Spain to uplift!More
The food is very delicious but the service is really really REALLY terrible! I’d been here for 90 minutes and no waiter has asked me at any point whether I wanted anything. So the only way I got anything to eat (which was delicious) was...by grabbing a waiter as they shor past!More
This is one of my favourite tapas bars in London. It’s a tiny space and as such it gets extremely noisy. The service is very good and the food is reasonably priced.
We were disappointed by every aspect of this restaurant: the tables are far too tiny to accommodate the many tapas dishes you need to order, the high seats are uncomfortable with no footrest on the table to make it a natural seating position, the food...itself was average, but the waiting staff were totally disinterested in serving us. Verging on the abrupt. We won’t return.More
An excellent find a stone’s throw from Waterloo station. A lovely, small & authentic Spanish tapas restaurant. Prices are very reasonable and decent portion sizes. Well worth a visit.
