Hi there, I have copied in below what the dish is stated as on the menu. Mrs Owtons BBQ bacon chop, pineapple ketchup, fried duck egg, triple cooked chips There is no veg with this dish as it is a play on ham, egg and chips. A pub classic given a new twist. I will be raising however to the... More

I had lunch with my friend in the lovely garden inside the pub. It's very spacious with benches and wooden table. I'd highly recommend it on a sunny day or summer evening! The pub is also lovely inside with nice decor, quite traditional and cosy but with a modern feel. The food was nice and good vegetarian options - on... More

Been here quite a few times, but sadly today we are so disappointed. After ordering our food and waiting an hour and half for meal. Still no sign. When asked what was going on the waitress said she would find out. 20 minutes later someone came to apologise. But we decided to leave, they were apologetic, but that was a... More

We immensely enjoyed the classic interior and the general ambience of the place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service is at the tables in this bar. The food was delicious. Nothing so very extraordinary, but a thorougly nice place.

My local pub. I meet a fabulous group of mates every month here. The place gets more and more facelifts, which is great, and I love the Aussie gal at the bar. But the price of a pint or a glass of wine has really increased. Maybe that's the price to pay for all these refurbs. Still worth visiting, though,... More

We walked here from Hammersmith broadway and stopped for lunch. It was busy but not crowded and as a retired couple , I think we were the oldest ones there! A lot of young office workers was our guess. The pub is small at the front but goes back a long way , with a garden as well. The service... More

I had dinner with my brother at The Queens Head recently. It's a lovely pub with great air around it. The staff is helpful and kind, we had excellent service. However what makes me write the review is the food. I have to say the duck breast I had was no doubt my personal best (it means a lot as... More

Stuck on traffic passed Queens Head. Looked like nice friendly place. Good selection of drinks both alcoholic and non. Tried the Cornish Orchard Cranberry and Raspberry sparkle. Lovely refreshing drink. Had meal from mains menu. Excellent quality sausages with mash and gravy. Also cod and chips. Large portion, well cooked. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

We've been going here for a few years now whenever we visit London. We love the lovely cozy atmosphere, simple but shabby chic decor and good, unpretentious food from French chef Jean-Marc. Last night was as good as always. Superb fish and chips for me and sea trout for my wife which she said was excellent. Add a good choice... More

Went with my colleague at lunch time and even though the place wasn't busy it took them a while to come to us and serve. The food was just ok but I guess this is what's to expect from a bar. Not sure if I'd go back. I'm sure there are better places for food in the area.
