We have loved our visits to Little Bay Farringdon over many years and were shocked to learn that the owner Peter Illich is closing the restaurant for good. We decided to visit once again before it closed - and loved our warm welcome and the...More
Firstly, let me say I've used the restaurant more times than I care to remember since it opened about 15 years ago.
It has always represented amazing value and I've often questioned how they manage to maintain quality and low prices.

Spotted this restaurant whilst walking back to our hotel from the city, decided on a whim to book for that evening. So glad we did, arrived at 8 pm already a good buzz and restaurant already looked virtually full. We were shown to our table...More

A great meal at Little Bay once again. We came here for our 10th Anniversary, having proposed here 13 years before.
The food was fantastic, service was attentive and the prices were very reasonable.
Thank you :-)
Owing to its proximity to Smithfield Market – the site of an ancient meat market which remains in operation today – Clerkenwell boasts a plethora of globally renowned restaurants, fabulous local eateries, and some of London's favorite pubs. This isn't merely a focal point for all things foodie though. Spend enough time wondering through the area's maze of streets and you might become accustomed to the litany of slinky
models passing between Clerkenwell's handful of fashion houses. Far outnumbering the models are craftspeople and designers, many of them are more than happy to welcome visitors into their studios and showrooms.
