This place was lacking in service, food and atmosphere. Like a McDonald's that serves less than average pizza. Service was very slow and not very friendly. Advice is to keep walking.

Good location in Notting Hill Gate offering the standard Zizzi offerings. At £8.75 for a Margherita Pizza (large) the prices are very reasonable for the location. My wife particularly enjoyed the Gelato ice cream. I did think my Calzone was slightly overcooked but overall we...More

Well this is a chain from the very core - nothing special about it - my ravioli could have well been frozen and then served; same with the dessert - you could tell there was little "fresh" or "homemade". Skip this and go somewhere else.

Rose wine was excellent, pizza and pasta how should be. Pizza pastry was thin & crispy. Pannacota was absolutely mouthwatering ...great refreshing and exactly sweet how I wanted. Staff was very helpful. Restaurant atmosphere and music without irritating points. Kids menu was kid's friendly!

Very good authentic Italian food chain. We had gone once before but at a different location, as we thought the food was good.

When we visit London every half-year, we make a point to go to this Zizzi. In our opinion, it is the best one in the chain. The service is excellent and the staff are very attentive. The fritto misto and calamari is excellent - we...More

Description
At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Less than 5 minutes from the Notting Hill Gate tube station our Zizzi there is the home of our Executive Chef, Angelo. While he’s tinkering away in the kitchen, sit back and enjoy the buzzing atmosphere of Notting Hill Gate’s main street. After your meal you can pop on over to London’s famous Portobello Market and wander the streets where Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant fell fictionally in love during the 1999 rom com, Notting Hill. Drop by next time you’re in town and have some traditional Italian in the heart of London.
