We specialise in fresh pasta, handmade in small quantities in our kitchen: we make tagliatelle, pappardelle & tagliolini every day, ravioli, gnocchi & tortelloni as part of our weekly specials. Using seasonal and carefully selected ingredients sourced from small, artisan producers our chef Carlo created a menu offering mouth-watering traditional Italian dishes like tagliolini cacio e pepe, melanzane alla parmigiana and tiramisu, typical Sardinian specialities like fregola with prawns & bottarga and seadas, as well as some original creations like our delicious pannacotta with mirto liqueur.
