Great venue, brilliant staff and lovely food.
We had a good experience here. The place seemed well managed with good processes and great food. We really enjoyed the whole experience and the staff were very good.
This restaurant used to be an iconic spot in Covent Garden for a good Italian meal, the decor looks much better now but the quality of the food is all the way down, no taste, no flavour, not delicious!
We LOVE Carluccios but tonight myself and my partner opted for the new vegan option on the menu - Cauliflower Oriechette - after our waitress said it had been well reviewed and received so far. I am so sad to say it was very disappointing...More
Second visit. 22nd December for lunch so very busy. Found us a table for two if we didn't mind an hour lunch as the table was booked! Service was very good. Good was amazing. Lovely tender calamari and past was great! Visiting again in February.
My wife and I had come to London without a tightly planned agenda and came across this restaurant while walking around Covent Garden. It was tasty food, clean and the service very attentive. Whilst this is a restaurant chain it is certainly great value and...More
I walked in and thought this is a fancy place, its probably going to be hard to get any service. From the moment we spoke to the lady on the door we felt unbelievably welcome, then the waiter came and actually spoke to us like...More
We were greeted right from the start and kindly shown to our table where we had a humorous introduction with the manager (Tony). The staff were more than happy to cater to my boyfriend’s request to surprise with me with flowers and therefore it was...More
Eating at others of this chain I'd usually rate them Good to Excellent, but this one didn't quite make the grade.
We visited here on route to see a show so were arriving around 4pm but the place was already very busy.
After a wait...More
Having had a bad experience in the Wimbledon Carluccios last year a friend and I came to Covent Garden to use the voucher for two mains and a bottle of wine I'd been given as an apology hoping we'd have a better experience this time....More
Our evening at Carluccio's started with a lovely prosecco. Our waitress was very endearing and took our orders. The starters took a little bit too long to arrive, in fact our waitress made a joke of it. All the rest of the courses arrived on...More
Whether you're headed here to check out the multitude of shops, theaters, cafes, pubs, and restaurants, or simply to be among the multitude of people who pass through this pretty part of town, you'll love soaking up the festive and historic atmosphere in and around Covent Garden. Even if you don't have tickets to the opera or a show at one of the many famous theaters here, don't be surprised if find yourself captivated
by some impromptu act of a street performer wowing the crowds in Covent Garden's Piazza. If you do have tickets, you'll be pleased to note that many of the local eateries accommodate theatergoers with prix fixe menus, early dinners, and later than usual opening hours.

They have a menu full of brilliant selections and dishes for vegans. My favorites are BEETROOT & GOAT’S CHEESE, Roasted beetroot and butternut squash, goat’s cheese, mixed leaves, crushed walnuts and pesto, lightly dressed in balsamic dressing. Yummy! Also MISTO DI FUNGHI VEGAN NEW, Sautéed mushrooms with garlic and chili sooooo good!
BROCCOLINI VEGAN, Steamed with chilli, garlic and toasted almonds.
GREEN BEANS VEGAN, Sautéed with extra virgin olive oil. Served warm.
The taste of everything is so fresh, I love Carluccio’s restaurant in Covent Garden.
