Having been to London dozens of times, I wonder why it was I'd never seen this nor even heard of it! I've wandered around the West End so many times and have stayed at various hotels in this area. It's not even like the sign and building are hidden down a back alley! I did not have much hope because... More

This Pub is great! I'd rather go to Waxy O'Conner's than to see the London Eye. The looks of this Pub is just amazing. If you step in from the front entrance it looks like a "normal" Pub but just go to the back and go down the stairs and this place will blow your mind. If you take the... More

Great pub, extremely busy. There's a tree in the pub. All sorts of beers and burgers etc. Live music as well. Sometimes too noisy .

We went to watch the Rugby and finally found a seat. This place seems really popular and I could see why. The service was excellent and just loved the decr. Defo worth a visit.

Great little find, recommended by a really helpful guy selling theatre tickets down on the corner of Whitcomb St. and Coventry St. (worth a visit if you need some). Excellent place, loads of quirky style - so happy to find it. We all had a steak sandwich for lunch - and it was lovely (we weren't expecting much). I am... More

Great atmosphere within the bar. The drink and food are overpriced and the food is bad quality and poor portions. Spoken with a few friends and they agree with everything I said about the place. Got a 1/2 roast chicken and it was a tough chicken drumstick and a small piece of bread which looked like it was off another... More

Visited this pub on a 6 nations Saturday to watch the rugby. The service at the bar on the street level was absolutely terrible - only 2 staff on the bar and one seemed to go out of her way to ignore people who had been waiting quite a while and serve others straight away. Must have taken 15/20 minutes... More

Visited while in London to be honest the food itself is okay but the pub is a labyrinth you don't know where you are going and who to speak to about the reservation, once we found someone we were taken to our table which was totally out of the way and so dark we had to get our phones out... More

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
