After 3 weeks in Europe we were after something spicy. Absolutely delivered. Best GnTs by Sayed (?), and best service from him too! Totally enjoyable meal - could not be faulted. If we lived nearby we would dine there at least once a week!More

I thought the food here was incredible. In places it was not so Indian, but all the flavours were amazing. We especially liked the okra fries and the octopus leg (everybody cleaned their plate, including the ink!). Each curry had its own very distinctive taste....More

Description
Flora Indica is a beautiful one-of-a-kind restaurant and lounge bar in the heart of Kensington and Chelsea, located close to Earl’s Court station on the esteemed Old Brompton Road. Flora Indica pays homage to Scottish Botanists who travelled throughout India during Queen Victoria’s reign cataloguing thousands of species of exotic plants, previously unknown to Britain. As a result, the book entitled Flora Indica was published in London in 1855. This tribute is not only paid through the décor; an eclectic mix of Harris tweed, steampunk and teak, but also with its delicious modern-Indian menu. Flora Indica can seat up to 70 in the downstairs restaurant and an additional 25 in the ground floor lounge bar. This stylish London venue is perfect for private dining, corporate events, group bookings, and birthday celebrations.
