Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

At First we came in and we had a reservation, but there was no tanks. Finaly we got a table by the door under the airconditioning. After half an hour we still had no drinks. The airconditioning could not go lower. " sure". The personell...was not Nice, and in my opinion do not know what service is. The starters were ok but we did not get plates to share them. The main the pasta was to raw. I like them al dente, but this was raw. We had to pay over 20 pounds of service, we did not get. Do not go here, waste of your money and evening.More

We love dining at Casa Tua King's Cross. It's a little gem of a bistro, tucked away in a side street behind Euston Road; easy walking distance from Euston and / or King's Cross St Pancras. Particularly if you like pasta dishes, as we do,...this is THE place. I simply adore their Spaghetti Carbonara - and yet that's not my usual dish of choice anywhere else! At Casa Tua it's special. I must try something else next time. My husband chose the amazing Casa Tua Ragout again too! The pizzas look amazing but we're pasta people!Super wines and great service. What's not to love? We'll be back when we can get there. Thank you Team Casa Tua.More

Catching up with a friend on a one night stopover in London, we found this very busy Italian restaurant in the backstreets of Kings Cross. It was absolutely packed with patrons on a balmy Wednesday night, but we went in to try our luck -...expecting to be turned away. That’s when the magic started to happen! We were actually warmly greeted and asked to wait a few minutes, and yes, they would definitely find us a table. It feels crowded (in a good way) & intimate with a small bar and a tiny open kitchen. We discovered that they also had a basement area full of customers as well. Which made the size of the kitchen even more impressive. In a nutshell, we were quickly seated (upstairs), told the specials and had our drink order taken. I opted to try to Carbonara- it’s my go to dish to ‘test’ the quality of any new Italian that I visit and I can tell you, this was excellent & authentic. No cream used here! All of our meals, including entrees were excellent, as was the recommended Sicilian red wine. Service & friendliness was also excellent. Highly recommended.More

On the positive side I can only say that the personnel is friendly and that the food is not toxic and served in good portions. The food is very mediocre, canteen level I'd say - bland flavours, overcooked pasta. There's no spark of real Italian...cuisine here. Tables are small and crammed, the environment is very noisy. While in absolute terms this is not an expensive restaurant for central London, prices are high in relation to the quality of cuisine and ingredients. Not a "returnable" place for me.More

After having a busy day working in the city, I returned to my hotel and started searching for a good Italian where I could get some pasta to satisfy my craving for carbs! Casa Tua seemed a popular choice and I was certainly not disappointed!...Lovely little restaurant and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely gorgeous, with my carbonara being exactly what I was looking for! Cannot fault a single thing, thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will be back again!More

We had a great dinner. Plenty of menu options for every taste. We ordered a couple of pasta plates. I had a taste of the carbonara and it was really well prepared. We also ordered a couple of pizzas. Reasonable prices, delicious food, really fast...service. You cannot ask for more.More

See photo. This isn't a pizza. I would advertise it as something else. Whole load of uncooked veg/salad items plonked ok top. No cheese was melted. The tomato sauce tasted of carrot. It was huge and horrible. Gave some away to my companion. Oat milk...coffee I had was tiny too for the price....like wtf. Staff were nice though. Nice place to look at but I came for the food. Sorry.More

On arrivsl we were first interogated about our booking for 2 as we were not on the hand written list at the door. I had to open up my emails and confirm the date, time, location and name before they sat us down. We were...still asked a couple of times if we were “sure” about our reservation. The table for 2 was in an awkward position inbetween the stairs and the kitchen where people kept running around us. They clearly tried to cram too many people in. What was worse was that when another table for 2 opened up next to us we asked if we could move to it to avoid being in the middle and we were told this was not possible. The table literally stood empty for 30 minutes next to us. They didn’t have one of the drinks we ordered and they forgot one of the mains. By the time we got their attention (40 mins after the first main), we were told the kitchen had not started the other main dish yet so we decided to cancel it and cut our losses. Even trying to get the bill meant multiple requests The restaurant is far too busy, far to too stressful. Will not return.More

Good atmosphere and nice enough food but not the best Italian I’ve ever been to, quite expensive and service was far too quick - our mains came before we had finished our starters and generally felt like they wanted our table back

We were looking for somewhere near Kings Cross Station and found Casa Tua. It was quite busy and looked like it is popular with locals which is a good sign. The three of us had pizzas- the Calabrese and Marinara. They were the best pizzas...we’ve had. Loaded with topping flavour and delicious flavour combinations. For pudding we had the home-made tiramisu, pistachio ice cream and the custard- filled pastry. Again, these were very tasty. We would definitely return here, particularly to try the pasta perhaps as there are interesting choices and other customers’ orders looked good! The reason for four rather than five stars is that the service tailed off between mains and pudding and we had to do a couple of reminders which when service is 13.5%, we felt that we shouldn’t have needed to. The man who liked like he might’ve been in charge was very friendly as we arrived and left.More

The food was delicious. We were walk ins, so had to wait for a while outside to be seated. But it was well worth it. Probably the best pizza I’ve ever had. So delicious. And the serving staff were so warm and friendly. Great place.

I have a British/Italian family of 5. Those days to travel to Italy it doesn't come cheap, however, when I eat at Casa Tua, I am back home. My kids love all the pasta dishes they offer, my wife is crazy about the parmigiana and...the house red wine, I personally can pick and choose anything from the menu: it's just like back home.More
