Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great little eatery with delicious and freshly made food. Excellent selection of drinks too - and the customer service fantastic. Steve and his crew looked after us and I recommend this restaurant highly if you fancy some Vietnamese cuisine!

Awesome Pho restaurant. Almost every time I come to London I go to Greenwich and visit Pho street. The vegan Pho and papaya salad are outstanding. Service is efficient. Nice people.

We hadn't seen this place before and were walking past so thought we'd pop in as my partner loves traditional Pho, we both had a bowl and I also had summer rolls, I will admit this was my first time trying Pho and I wasn't...as impressed as my partner was, which is not on the restaurant, that's on me for my taste, I prefer ramen. My partner loved it and as a chef himself, he said it was a good pho, so I took his word for it. The tofu summer rolls however, now those I thoroughly enjoyed! I wanted to go back and buy more before we left London. The bubble tea's were nice, my partner had a red bean and coconut one, which was thick and sweet and I had a passionfruit one with lychee bobo, not the best ive ever had but far from the worst. For me Id say definitely try the summer rolls! Service was good too as it started to get busy just before we left.More

Very good portions. Food is tasty, maybe not particularly spiced but it’s nice and fresh. I have ordered beef pho, lemon n kumquat bubble tea, summer rolls and bao buns. Everything was served pretty quick. Staff was nice and when I have asked for the...container to pack food there was no fuss. I would recommend.More

Pho Street London Were holidaying in London and was recommended this place for good Vietnamese food . We came for dinner on a Sunday evening in January '2023 with our family . The place is clean and spacious with cheerful decor. Unfortunately, food were very...ordinary and staff were not enthusiastic in service.More

Went in specifically due to the good reviews on here. We ordered the bao buns and waited over 20 minutes to receive them, looking at everyone else’s lovely food coming out. The buns were cold, the meat inside was fridge cold, chewy and no sauce,...just awful. Got a refund as not edible. Such a shame as the pho looked delicious but a no from me.More

We were visiting Greenwich, and came across this on the high street a nice and cosy restaurant. We were shown our table given the menu and told to order at the till. This venue is a cafe rather than restaurant as the service could be...improved. The food was nice all being said, the venue is clean and all was ok.More

Visited in the first week of August, 2022. Returning from a long-ish walk (arduous for my 75 years old parents) to the Greenwich Prime Meridien we settled for a late lunch at Pho Street, primarily because of its location on the main street and also...because they had rice based dishes on their menu. We had to wait for about 5 minutes before a lady wearing spectacles (sorry, I couldn't get her name) seated our group of eight. Of the four members of the staff she was the only one who understood & spoke English or bothered to attend to us. The restaurant was nearly empty with just two of the tables occupied yet the service was slow. Our waitress helped us with the menu. The food took a long time to arrive. We were ravenous by then. However the orderered dishes were mostly bland. Considering that it was Vietnamese cuisine which is one of our favourite we expected much, much better. But the pho & the flavoured tea were somewhat better. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed by the empty dishes on our table and at one time she even admonished us to move them to the end of the table but strangely didn't request her colleagues, who were doing nothing, to help her clear the dishes ! We were on our vacation so we let that pass. Because of the very slow service, we got late and just a few more minutes were left for our ferry to depart so I requested the gentleman behind the cash counter, who seemed to be the owner or the manager, to hurry since he was taking his own sweet time to print the receipt but to my utter shock he started muttering darkly & loudly, in probably his native language; and went on and on till he handed back my credit card. It was thoroughly insulting and the rudest behaviour we faced in London in the 14 days of our vacation. I'm sure he couldn't have said that to a Westerner but we were an Indian family so he probably thought it was okay! And to think that we just spent around £80 in his establishment and were bonafide customers!! Shameful ! Even our waitress looked contrite but since our ferry was to depart in four minutes we had to hurry along. However the wonderful day that we spent at Greenwich turned bitter because of that man's behaviour.More

This was our first time in a Vietnamese restaurant and we loved it. The place is big and the tables aren't crammed together so plenty of space. The menu was really nice and it wasn't expensive. Not a great deal of choice with alcoholic drinks...but that just saved us a bit of money (we'd normally have a bottle of wine with dinner). All in all, perfect for us. We'll have to look out for more Vietnamese places to eat.More
