BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!. Can't review for food because we didn't get to eat. We sat there waiting to order food. When we noticed the cashier flip the sign from accepting card over £10 to "CASH ONLY". The lady who sat next to us even said that they do this all the time. How can we order since we were planing... More

This place is opposite King's Cross Station and is a cheap and basic place for a quick refuel. Not somewhere you'd want to linger but the staff would hurry you along anyhow. Cash only I think. After being seated, the one sheet menus are already on the table and an order slip where you enter the quantity of whatever dish... More

Recently ate at Chop Chop, expecting it to serve up at least a half decent authentic Chinese meal. Ordered a Kung Po Chicken Rice and fried ho fan noodles. Both dishes were awful. The Kung Po Chicken had an off putting sour taste to the dish and the fried ho fan noodles tasted like it was made yesterday. The appearance... More

A lovely meal, quickly cooked and very tasty. Reasonably priced and very nice staff. My husband and I are both chefs so this was a nice change not to have to cook.

Came here for a quick dinner after a sad game of football and wanted something nice and some comfort chinese food. Although their rice dishes (Singapore fried rice, Fried egg rice with BBQ Pork, Fried egg rice with Pepper chicken) were pretty average but i will still give a 4/5 for serving that quality in UK. And their prawns were... More

We eat all over the world this was the worst food we have had....the owner was screaming at a staff member for stealing beer which made it very uncomfortable for other staff and diners. We would not recommend this restaurant even as a cheap eat as is was barely edible.

Was staying just round the corner from Chop Chop, what a great place to eat. Gets very busy which is understanding because the food is lovely. I had the king prawn fried rice and my daughter had the beef chow mein, wow the size of the plates are hug, very tasty and really would recommended this place.

Ordering was easy enough. A lot of staff on hand. Food came out quickly, great sized portions and value for money! Would definitely recommend

We went there as it was the only Chinese restaurant in the area. We were starving and wanted a quick meal. Food was awful and service was mediocre. They charge additional for chilli sauces. The food were cold although portions were big. Obviously quantity over quality here. Cash only. Most dishes are priced in the region of £5. I would... More

This place is (fairly) cheap for a reason, the ingredients are poor and cheap and since my last visit, they've reduced the portion size - 6 small pieces of rubbery chicken (probably the cheapest frozen variety) in an MSG packed almost tasteless gloopy sauce making up a bad chicken with cashew nuts dish. The other dishes were equally as awful... More
