Everything was quite average tbh, and the customer service was not great. However I don't believe you will get a filling meal for under a fiver anywhere else in the area.

Were looking for a place to have something to eat on our last trip to London. We never had a kebab before but decided to give it a try. It was absolutely unexpected!!! Taste was just unbelievable! I am affraid to taste kebab anywhere else now;) There is limited space inside as you can find in other rewievs, but we... More

We had two kebabs for a fair cheap price and appreciated it. A turkish guy is explained this is the actual Urfa kebab type. It is actually different to the meat our kebabs offer in France. Taste is very good. The XL portion is huge. Serves all times, but not enough room to eat inside.

Nothing else would taste better. And they have the whole wall of people who agree with me :) Worth driving south ken way... More

Really good spot to pick up food to go (take away) after a long day of sightseeing. Enjoyed the doner and mixed grill. There is not much space to seat and eat although you can try.

I'm surprised by how many good reviews there are on here. Paid £5 for a small doner kebab served on a small tray. It wasn't awful but tasted very average. Don't bother adding a drink as a can costs £1.30. I know it's South Kensington but the meal was a total rip off. It was interesting to read the notes... More

The doner meat is worth the visit alone, definitely worth the trip across London for. Went straight on from there to the Emirates on the Piccadilly line and I'd definitely do it again

Very small place near South Kensington tube station. They have great kebab, shish with great chilli sauce etc. There are cards from the customers all over the place dated many years back so you can't make mistake here. They also pack the meals to take away.

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
