Popped in for a light lunch and we were so pleasantly surprised by the food. Delicious, with a small carafe of nice wine. We shared the burrata and samphire salad, ricotta and fig salad and patatas bravas. Couldn’t have enjoyed the dishes anymore and would...definitely return here. Service extremely friendly too.More

Had our work Summer Party meal in the private room for 18 people. Such a lovely private room for us all and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The food was lovely and we were able to link up our phone for the speaker...and have a little dance at the end! Would recommend.More

What a great place. Booked at random because it had space but was very glad I did. All the food was fresh and delicious. The 'small' plates are anything but; they are really quite substantial. The service was just right and this is not an...expensive restaurant. It is excellent value for money. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.More

The food was great, full of flavour, wonderfully presented yet super small portions. The service was sloppy, the cost outrageous for the quantity served up.
We apologise that our service didn't satisfy your expectations. Our customers happiness is always our highest priority. Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. Kind regards, The Arthur Hooper's team
Great food with impeccable service. A fun place to visit while at Borough Market. The burrata appetizer was outstanding. Tasty wine list.

Disappointed with the value for money, both food and drinks. Appreciate this is London prices but we eat out alot and feel its overpriced here. A cheese board, green salad ( actually just a wedge of iceberg and some balsamic sloshed on), small plate of...cured meat, sweet, coffees and 2 alcoholic drinks £98...! Sorry, won't be returning..More

Visited Arthur Hoopers based on the fact that I walked past a lot and always liked seeing the atmosphere. It was Good Friday so I assumed it would be busy. The food was great, with a good wine selection. The service from the two staff...Yasmin and Joanna was really good and matched the quality of the tasty food even though it was quite busy. An absolute delight of an experience!More

The cocktails and the wine list are excellent. The food is good but a tad expensive for small plates. I did enjoy my visit here but would probably go elsewhere in borough market on other occasions. Or maybe just pop in for a cocktail. The...service was brilliant I must say.More

We really enjoyed our lunch at AH. We had a few small dishes, the Burrata, Cured Salmon and Carpaccio which were all extremely tasty and nicely presented along with the best pitta bread it was so soft and fluffy. We had a few glasses of...fizz and shared a semifreddo dessert. The service was also good and very friendly so yes we would definitely recommend this restaurant .More

Borough Market is an area I go out in a lot and I don't know how I have overlooked Arthur Hooper's before now. It somehow doesn't grab your attention among a row of restaurants. But last night we had a very good meal. We chose...to go with the small plates. It's not an enormous selection, I think we had 4 of the 6 on the menu. But they were all really good, and we followed that with the cheese. Together with 2 cocktails apiece, that added up to £135, which I feel is about par for that sort of meal these days. The interior is smart, not really what I expected from the street. But it's not as cramped as many restaurants and the vibe was quite relaxed. The staff were good too, though it was one of those times where the meal works fine but it seemed unnecessarily difficult to simply pay the bill and get out the door! The area has Salt Yard, Lupins and Bar Douro among it's excellent small plate restaurants, all of which I really like. Arthur Hooper's is definitely in that class and I'll be back.More
